有一次愛因斯坦坐火車，遇到列車長來查票，他找来找去，就是找不到車票。
列車長客氣地對他说：“教授，不用找了，我知道您是誰。”
說完，列車長就繼續往下查票。
列車長查完這節車厢，準備離開到下一節車厢去，
可是轉頭看到愛因斯坦還在找票，甚至跪到地上去找。
“教授！教授！您真的不用找了，我知道您是大名鼎鼎的科學家愛因斯坦，我相信您一定買過票了。”列車長熱心地說。
此時愛因斯坦抬起頭，很不好意思，尷尬地對列車長说：
“我也知道我是誰，但是我必須找到這張車票 ，因為我忘了要到哪一站下車了，只有看看車票才知道！”
史上最聪明的人尚且如此，所以我們偶爾忘東、忘西，不用嘆息，想開點吧！！

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
One thing I’ve noticed is the fact there are plenty of common myths regarding the lenders intentions when talking about foreclosed. One misconception in particular is the fact that the bank prefers to have your house. The lending company wants your hard earned cash, not your property. They want the funds they loaned you with interest. Preventing the bank is only going to draw a new foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your posting.
