一輩子修煉兩件事

有人說，人一輩子只做三件事：自己的事，他人的事，老天爺的事。
我認為，人一輩子隻做兩件事：餓了吃飯，困了睡覺。
因為，人一輩子能把飯吃得很香，把覺睡得很甜，確實是不容易的事。
年輕時，林清玄因為失戀而痛苦不堪，吃飯不香，睡覺不甜。
禪師告訴他:“人，需要修煉。”
林清玄問：“怎麼修煉。”
禪師說：“餓了吃飯，困了睡覺。”
林清玄反問：“難道吃飯、睡覺也得修煉嗎？”
禪師說：“同樣是吃飯，同樣是睡覺，卻有不一樣的結果。凡人吃飯時，左顧右盼，想這想那，千般計較，萬般思索；睡覺時，顛倒夢寐，夢這夢那，思緒萬千。修行者，吃飯就是吃飯，睡覺就是睡覺，別無他念啊！”
可是，怎麼才能做到餓了吃飯，困了睡覺呢？
禪師說：“求人不如求己，求己不如求心！心，應該是一池清水。心水清澈了，山鳥花樹映在水面上才是美麗的。那樣，日日是好日，夜夜是清宵，處處是福地，法法是善法，就沒有什麼可迷惑、污濁我們的了。”
林清玄陡然開悟。
你不能左右天氣，但你可以改變心情；你不能改變容貌，但你可以展現笑容。

梁漱溟也說過，人一輩子首先要解決人與物的關係，再解決人與人的關係，最後要解決人與自己的關係。只是，最後一條最難。
在人的一生中，會遇到許許多多的人和事，有些是必需的，而有些是完全用不著的，比如名利、貪心、虛榮、嫉妒、仇恨等等。這些，都是負擔，應該果斷地刪除它！
就像電腦中的垃圾檔、錯誤資訊一樣，及時刪除，操作才能順利進行。人生，就是一步一步走，一點一點扔。走出來的是路，扔掉的是包袱。這樣，路就會越走越長，心就會越走越靜。
