南部某公司好色主管，與女同事發生戀情，而女同事懷孕了。
女同事決定回台北老家待產……
女同事問：「孩子出生了，怎麼通知你？」
男主管說：「孩子出生後，你寄明信片給我。在上面寫上～「肉燥拉麵」就行了。我會按時匯生活費給妳。」
十個月過去了，一天下午，男主管回到家，妻子遞一張明信片說：
「你的…台北寄的…。」
男主管不動聲色，接過明信片，但他看了明信片後，馬上暈了過去。
妻子馬上送他至醫院急診。
在急診室，醫生問他妻子說：「我們作了檢查，你丈夫並沒有心臟病，但他為什麼會突然心臟受不了，暈了過去？」
他妻子說：「我也不明白，他看了這張明信片後，就這樣了。」
醫生拿過明信片，唸了：「肉燥拉麵四碗；兩碗有香腸！兩碗沒有！」
