南懷瑾大師曾談及「褔報」—-
他認為「美貌也是一種福報」。
任何福報都有其必然的成因 , 就像財富來自施捨 , 尊貴來自謙恭一樣 , 美麗的容顏來自柔和善良的性情。
人到中年以後 , 就顯現出, 現世性格影響所致的面相了。
寬厚的人多半一臉福相 , 性情柔和的人面相柔和美麗。
性格格外粗暴的人 , 總是一臉的凶相 ; 許多品性不太好的中老年婦女 , 往往一臉的刻薄相 , 這就是所謂的薄命相、剋夫相。
實際上不是生就的相貌 , 而是長期的心與行為的修煉在臉上的投影 , 這些相貌也在預示著其未來的命運。
相術也就是一種經驗積累 , 相由心生 , 由臉觀心 , 由心知未來。
那麼幼年與少年、青年時期 , 相貌的成因是什麼？
相貌特徵與父母的遺傳因素有關 , 臉型身材與稟受的先天之氣有關 ; 漂亮程度是前一生帶來的習氣所致。
人的前半生是活在前世的影響之下 , 下半生更多地活在前半生的影響之下。
所以說 , 人到中年以後 , 要對自己的臉負責任。
慈悲心也是一個特別重要的因素。
比較有愛心的人 , 往往從內而外 , 散發出一種過人的光華 ; 讓人越看越順眼 , 越來越喜歡與其接觸。
而過於自私、狡猾、計較的 , 是很不耐看的 , 甚至感到醜陋。
即使僥倖生得姣好的容貌 , 也會在臉上逐漸顯現出一些不招人喜歡的地方 ,
比如面無和氣 , 僅是 “第一眼順眼”，稍多接觸就毫無吸引力了。
請相信”相貌”是能逐步改變的 , 尤其是美好的相貌是會由內而外 , 散發出一種吸引力 , 讓見者不知不覺心生傾慕。
很多時候 , 美麗與否 , 是從看到的人心裡生出來的 , “ 情人眼裡出西施 ”就是這個道理。
所以 , 若要相貌美 , 先要心靈美！
