現代社會快節奏的生活型態，導致很多人的壓力都很大，讓不少人變得非常容易煩躁，甚至易怒。
而人一煩躁起來就會被消極、負面情緒纏身，帶給周圍人不開心的感覺；也無法再冷靜地看待現實，同時無法從容地享受現實；甚至還會缺乏集中力。
佛教經典中有這樣一句話：「情緒就像馬車，而掌握韁繩的是人。不能駕馭情緒、只是順著感情生活的人，不過是把韁繩握在手裡，並不是人生的勝利者。」
處理事情前先處理自己的情緒，情緒平穩下來，才能理性處理事情，生活煩燥的時候，把思緒理直，一切都將變順。生活是可以改變的，有時候我們內心會滋生煩躁情緒，這個時候可以試試下面這些方法：
第一招，停下來，覺察煩躁的緣由。
為什麼會煩躁呢？學習問自己為什麼。只有找到了原因，才有解決的方案。
第二招，「可控」和「不可控」
有的時候，原因有很多種，有的是可控的，自己可以解決，有的是不可控。
可控的，就積極的去面對，去解決問題。如果不可控的，需求他人的幫助，並且接受你的情緒。
第三招，轉換心情。
煩躁的時候，不必勉強自己，可以停下來，轉換一下心情呢？
你可以聽聽音樂，看看風景，聊天，看電影，吃吃甜點，或者乾脆放空自己，來改變自己的心情。不管使用何種方法，適宜你的才是最好的。
第四招，以上都無效，就要大規模地消除壓力。
如有以上都沒用，那麼，你壓力應該是非常大了。哭一場，其實也是不錯的選擇。學會給自己減壓。讓生活充滿陽光。
