疫情延燒到幾乎失控……
萬華一整排茶室紛紛倒閉關門。
一間撐不下去的茶室，把店內所有家當拿出來賤賣，老闆娘苦著臉說著：隨便賣。
一個年輕人走來，進到店裡看了看，陳舊不實用的物品一堆、沒一個看上眼。這時年輕人看到店內角落一個鳥籠裡的一隻鸚鵡，他問闆娘：這隻鸚鵡賣嗎？闆娘回：賣啊！當然賣！200元賣你！
於是，年輕人用200元買走了這隻鸚鵡。
回到家把鳥籠掛在陽台，這時鸚鵡突然拍動著翅膀不停說著：環境變了！環境變了！
年輕人驚訝的告訴媽媽，買來的這隻鸚鵡竟然會說話！
媽媽好奇的趕緊跑來看，鸚鵡看見了媽媽又高喊著：老闆娘換了！老闆娘換了！
媽媽開心極了，立馬又叫女兒來看這隻會說話的鸚鵡，這時小女兒跑來了，鸚鵡看到了小女兒又說話了：小姐也換了！小姐也換了！
三個人既開心又驚喜的覺得買到了一個寶貝。
這時候爸爸回來了，鸚鵡看到了爸爸………說話了：人客沒變！人客沒變！
