忙碌,是治療一切傷痛的良藥,尤其人一旦忙起來,就沒時間沉溺過往了,就沒時間鬱鬱寡歡了。
人太閒,勢必一無所獲,忙才更充實!
閒著閒著,閒便成了懶惰,忙著忙著,忙便成了勤快!
懶惰讓人生活黯淡,勤快讓人收穫豐滿!
所以,忙是一帖良藥!
當你對生活迷茫的時候、當你對感情困惑的時候,不妨找點事幹,或許就可以跳脫眼前這個坎!
只有讓自己忙起來,才沒有那麼多時間和精力,把心思放在抑鬱上。
少了抑鬱,就不會總是自怨自艾。
忙碌是一種良藥,能治癒胡思亂想,能治療抑鬱難過,就不會渾渾噩噩度日。
讓自己忙起來吧!
有目標、有方向的忙碌是件好事,因為在忙碌的過程中,每分每秒都讓自己更接近夢想,但必須留意,若沒目標、沒方向,那就會使自己陷入越忙就越窮,越窮就更忙的窘境,而變成窮忙一族。
