一、水晶能量之王
髮晶是水晶族群裡能量最大的，而鈦晶又是髮晶之中首屈一指的能量石，是所有水晶之中頻率振動、能量最強者，又稱為「水晶之王」，被視為最珍貴的水晶類寶石。
鈦晶是以白水晶或茶晶為晶底，內部包裹的針狀髮絲型礦物質學名為金紅石，內部金絲的排列方式讓人驚艷，經過陽光或燈光的照射璀璨亮麗，金黃色的光芒及水晶的通透性兼具了人們最愛的金與玉的雙重質感，因而深受大家的喜愛。所以有人把鈦晶形容為居於金字塔尖端族群的水晶，這樣的比喻是因為鈦晶的產量既稀 ( 物以稀為貴 )，品相又好，被稱為為水晶之最一點也不為過，所以也一直是水晶收藏家的最愛。
金紅石是含鈦的主要礦物之一，是提煉鈦的重要礦物原料，但在地殼中儲量較少。
金紅石具有耐高溫、耐低溫、耐腐蝕、高強度、小比重等優異性能，被廣泛用於軍工航空、航天、航海、機械、化工、海水淡化等方面。含有金紅石的鈦晶也因此被用於科學用途之上，如航太、通訊及醫療器材上面，在二次世界大戰時，更被列為軍方重要軍品物資而限製出口。
不過鈦晶的產量較少，出產鈦晶的巴西巴依亞州被巴西政府下令暫停開採及限製出口數量，所以物稀至貴，鈦晶現在顯得尤為珍貴，價格也節節攀升。
二、鈦晶的等級
鈦晶的等級分辨如下：
１、晶體本身的透光度
２、晶體本質的清澈度
３、晶體本體所呈顏色
４、鈦晶絲排列精整度
５、內涵鈦晶絲的多寡
６、加工之後整體美感
三、鈦晶的作用
鈦晶開發上三輪，主靈氣、智慧、內分泌。
在健康上：由於對應到七輪脈的第三輪(在肋骨到肚臍之間)，主消化系統之胃、肝、腸等功能、神經系統 。
在風水學上：常象徵大吉祥、富貴、如神佛加持，具有極高的地位，且被認定的六大主能量為主財、偏財、人緣、避邪、健康、防小人。
戴在左手有招致跟輔助的效用。例如：鈦晶功效就是招正偏財，對優柔寡斷、猶豫不決、缺乏主見魄力的人有加強其果斷的決策力，以及增加勇氣魄力的功用，更可激發個人膽識、氣魄與格局。

能量強盛的鈦晶常被佩戴於身，用做護身符或平安符，或放置於客廳、臥室、辦公室、各種經營場所、車內等等，用來鎮宅、避邪。
但是要提醒一點，由於鈦晶的能量過強，所以有的人，尤其是身體虛弱的人可能抵擋不了如此強大的能量。鈦晶的強烈就跟跑5000公尺相同(長時間下來對身體一定很好)，但是對於平常不常運動的朋友(身體較虛或氣較弱)，忽然跑個5000公尺一定會受不了，因為忽然大量的運動(時間過長)反而會對身體造成負擔，那就沒有正向的效果了。所以，有些朋友佩戴鈦晶之後如果發生頭暈或者想吐的感覺(就算淨化之後也沒效果)，建議最好是循序漸進(佩帶的時間先縮短，就像先跑個500公尺也對身體很好)，之後等身體可以承受之後，再把時間拉長較好些，這點要千萬記得喔。
鈦晶能量極為強大，所以對於有事業且常常需要作決策的朋友，鈦晶可幫助做出正確而又明智的決定，更可激發個人膽識氣魄與格局。
