素面朝天是自信的美；薄施粉黛是自尊的美。
敬畏生命！過度的治療，得到的是無尊嚴無意義的生命。
人生苦短。半百是短，百歲還是短。天地悠悠，你我皆是過客。
人生來去，不過是幸運和遺憾的往復，不外是美好和煩惱的轉換。
過去的，感恩；未來的，祈禱。
其實，人生能屬於可以自主的東西很有限。
老年之福，不由主觀的設計、策劃安排。
老來之福，在於隨遇而安，及時行樂。
一切的一切，人情世故恰到好處最好，缺了不可，過了便錯。
生命是品質與數量的統合。
品質第一，數量並不是生命的唯一追求。
數大不一定是美。
長壽的前題是能自理，是少麻煩他人。
優雅地老去，那是文化的境界；
體面地老去，那是物化的支撐。
二者的內涵的充實太講究了。
還是心平氣和，從容地慢慢老去吧。
過你喜歡的生活，喜歡你過的生活。
很難給生命增加時間，
