你或許讀過這個故事，但再讀一次，你依然會感動……。
多年前，每天早晨，她上班前都要先送他去幼兒園……。
他總是哭著對她懇求：「媽媽，我在家聽話，我不惹你生氣，求你別送我去幼兒園，我想和你在一起。」
忙著要上班的她，急匆匆地、好像沒聽見似的，從不理會他在說什麼。
他也知道媽媽不會答應他，因而每天都是噘著嘴邊哭喊著：「我不要去幼兒園……」，一邊乖乖地跟在她身後下樓。
多年後，她年歲漸老，且患上了老年癡呆症。
他每天要為生計奔波打拼，沒時間照顧她，更不放心讓她一個人待在家裡。
思慮再三，他想到了一個地方。
在做出抉擇的前夜，望著他進進出出、欲言又止的樣子，她的神智似乎清醒了許多：「兒啊，媽不惹你生氣，媽不要你照顧，不要送媽去養老院，我想和你在一起。」
哀求的聲音像是從遙遠的地方傳來，變得越來越弱，最後便成了哽咽。
他沉默了又沉默，反覆尋找說服她的理由。
最終，倆人的身影還是出現在了市郊那座養老院裡。
在辦完手續，做了交接後，他對她說：「媽，我……我要走了！」
她微微點頭，張著沒有牙的嘴囁嚅著：「兒啊，記住早點來接我啊！」
那一霎，他霍然記起，當年在幼兒園門口，自己也是這樣含淚乞求：「媽媽，記住早點來接我啊！」
此刻，淚眼婆娑的他，別有一番無奈湧上心頭。
