每個人爬山的目皆不同—
有的人是為了攻頂、征服；有的人是為了運動、健康；有的人是為了在路程中沉澱心靈、跟自己對話的；有的人是為了……。
風吹過松樹時發出窸窸窣窣的聲音，似波濤般洗滌自己的雜念；仔細一聽，落葉掉下來也有聲音；石頭在泥土上滾動，就像低音鼓般咚咚咚的伴奏著。
大自然就像一首不需要指揮的交響曲，各自演奏著自己的主旋律、副旋律，搭配的如此完美，讓人不自覺融入其中，突然發現，原來山林也會呼吸、歌唱。
誠如韓國人爬山有個習慣，他們在接近攻頂時，會在一旁堆起石頭，然後誠心許願。據說堆越高的人，只要石頭沒有掉下來，許的願望就會成真。
所以，在韓國，每次爬山總會看到一些人，全神貫注在堆自己的許願石。
大大小小的石頭，一堆一堆的疊在靠近山頂處。
由於人處在低潮逆境時，其實心裡是充滿不安與恐懼的，此時需要外在助力來幫自己強化內心的信念與力量。此時有的人拜拜，有的人算命，有的人求神問卜，而韓國人則透過爬山時，堆堆石頭許許願，以尋求內心寧靜。
許願石，或許正可撐起希望之柱，強化我們的信念。因為全世界的人都一樣，無論是拜拜或堆石頭許願，其實都是在練習與自我對話，並不斷強化內心的力量，期許自身不要放棄，努力往目標前進。
信念是一種看不見的力量，看似微小，但常常在緊要關頭時發揮巨大無比的效果。誠如許願石即是用來支撐我們內心的信念，提醒我們還有很多很多的希望，在未來某一天終將夢想成真。
人生的低潮往往會打擊自己面對未來的勇氣，但「強化信念」可以帶你往前再多走一步，而每前進一步都遠勝於原地踏步。
堅持心中的理想與抱負，或許正是因為這股信念，提醒著我們「莫忘初衷」，反而可以幫助我們圓滿走完人生的旅程。
