如何感應水晶的氣

水晶的氣，一般人是看不到、聽不到、也摸不到；目前，也沒有理想的科學工具、儀器可以定量、定性的來測量它的氣，所以，有許多人是根本不認為水晶是有靈氣的。
因此，如何感應水晶的氣，是一個大課題，也是一項大的挑戰！
一、讓氣脈先開通
這世上尚有為數不少的人，體質比較敏感，他們能憑著身體的敏感度（Sense）來感應到水晶的靈氣。而這些人能感應水晶靈氣的基本原理，就在於這些人的「氣脈」比較開通，所以就容易感應到外氣。
所謂「氣脈」，也就是一個人體內的經絡、氣穴、脈輪，簡單的說，也就是一個人體內的「能源系統」。那什麼樣的人，氣脈會比較開通、敏感呢？
一般而言，孩童比大人們好，女人家們又比男人們好，思想開放、具接受性的人又比固執、領導欲望強的人好；總而言之，常常在靜心、打坐、持咒、念佛、祈禱、瞑想、煉氣功、打太極等等的人，他們的氣機容易發動，氣脈容易開啟，所以也比較敏感，可以感受到外氣。
在過去的時代裡面，這就是叫做「修行」、「修煉」囉！
「修行」最根本目的，就是要修煉自己的能量；而最基礎的入手，就要打開氣脈。而光是要打開氣脈這項功夫，可能就要花費數年、或是數十年的功夫了！
二、缽的傳奇
在西藏密宗的修行體系裡面，有一種法器，叫做「缽」，這是由七種金屬所調配、熔煉製成的，有黃金、白銀、鎳、銅、錫、銻、鐵，其中的鎳和鐵，就是由「鎳鐵隕石」（天鐵）所提供的。
從敲擊、摩擦這種缽，可以產生「嗡！嗡！」的聲波，再跟著這種聲波來持咒、念經、唱誦，人聲可以和缽的聲音產生共鳴作用，從而將人體體內所有的經絡、氣穴、脈輪迅速打開，教人有迅速成就的功效。如今，這種的缽雖然數量極少，詳細作法也不清楚，但是相同的觀念卻流傳了下來。
已有人利用白色「矽砂」（Silica）鎔煉 ，一體成型灌制出「缽」，這種矽沙是和製作矽晶片、光纖（Optical Fiber）相同的材料，所以也被稱作 「水晶缽」 。這種缽，經過輕聲敲擊、並摩擦，也可以產生效果極佳的「聲波振動」（Vibration）。
在此，我們可利用這項工具，將雙手放在缽的兩側，再用缽的聲波來振動雙手的勞宮穴；經由這種極為細緻、精純的能量波，就可以迅速且確實的振動開手掌上的經絡了。再來，我們就可以自由自在地去感受各種水晶的能量了，而不會有所疑惑。
這整個「開脈」的過程，盡盡需要一分鐘的時間就夠了。
三、水晶的「氣」有什麼感覺？
水晶的「氣」通常是麻麻的、熱熱的、刺刺的，有穿透的感覺……，這也和練功時所產生的「氣感」相像。
只是，用水晶缽所帶來的感覺會更為直接，毫不拖泥帶水，還比較有「震撼」效用！
值得一提的是，由於水晶礦石等的能量是所謂的「高階能量」（Higher Level Energy），其波段更高，能量也更精微、細緻，所以在水晶缽開脈之後，需要更靜心的去感受它。任何人只要沒有受傷、麻痹的情形之下，一定都可以感受的到。
四、你Fu到了咩？
要接觸水晶，在水晶界入門篇中，大家最愛的口頭襌是：「你有無Feel到呀？」
「Feel」者，可解作為能量或氣場也。事實上，本身感覺較為靈敏的人，例如星座屬天蠍座、巨蟹座或雙魚座等，或直覺較為敏銳的人，最容易感覺得到；如果自覺感應遲鈍的話，不妨先保持開放態度（Open Mind），先不要說「不」，那「Feel」到的機會亦會相繼提高；而「Feel」到的朋友，將可以氣場的頻率調整身體，令你心想事成，身體健康。
能量有甚麼「Feel」，人人不同。
有些人會感到熱熱的、像針桔、麻麻痺痺的；甚至有些人會如置身室內，但手心依然感受到像被風吹的感覺。這些感覺很重要，盡量選擇能給你輕鬆、溫柔、開心感覺的水晶，若然有刺刺、如針桔，或令你心緒不寧的水晶，寧願再試其它水晶較好。
五、「Feel」的方法
至於「Feel」的方法有多種，最普遍的方法當然是用雙手。
1、 速成法
適用情況：水晶店、水晶手鍊，水晶簇、別人的水晶
請先靜心下來，然後把水晶平放在檯面上，然後用掌心懸空放在水晶上，一股暖氣或涼氣便會感受到。
最初開始玩水晶的朋友，由於對水晶的感應不大敏感，可嘗試以掌尖代替掌心，即將掌心向自己，然後以垂直插下的形式，在水晶上懸空感應水晶能量，由於此個動作可令能量較集中於指頭上，特別是中指，故感應的機會相對提高，常常說沒有「Feel」者，可一試。
如果面前是條水晶手鍊，則指頭可放在手鍊圓形的中央位置，代替單指著某數粒的水晶，那四邊的水晶能量，便可同時感應到。
2、用心法
適用情況：柱形水晶、金字塔形水晶、可逗留較長時間的水晶店
清潔雙手，然後靜心，並以單手握著水晶，那有如脈搏的跳動感覺，便是水晶的頻率。又或以雙手執水晶，然後向手執水晶的手吹氣，先以一手拿起水晶，繼而向另一手的掌心，以轉圈的形式在掌心舞動，慢慢的，你便會「Feel」到。
3、水浸法等
除了以上此兩款之外，有人更會用水浸水晶，然後用味覺試探水晶的能量，又或用眉心、喉嚨，甚至心臟部份感受，只要身體那個部份有感覺，就不妨一試。
由於能量或氣場無色無味，所以一口咬定自己「Feel」不到的人，通常真的「Feel」不到。所以一定要持開放的態度，你才會感受到超自然的力量。
