早上上班時，醫院電梯擠滿了美麗護士小姐。
一位站在楊醫師旁邊的年輕美麗護士，不小心放了一個響屁。
此時，沒人承認是誰放的屁。
此時，這位小姐她小聲並誠懇的問楊醫師：『楊醫師，您是留美的，英文最好了。你可以教我，「和平、戰爭、發現」，三個詞的英語怎麼說嗎？』
此時，楊醫師為了在所有妙齡美女前求表現，便驕傲地大聲説：『PEACE、WAR、FOUND！(屁是我放的) 』
接著，楊醫師在下一層樓，就被趕出電梯了。
