人生只有負重才能行遠

一艘貨輪卸貨返航時，突然遭遇巨大風暴，大家都不知道應該怎麼辦。就在這個危急時刻，船長果斷下令：“打開所有空著的貨艙，立刻往裡面灌水。”
往貨艙裡灌水？水手們驚呆了，往裡面灌水，船沉得不是更快嗎？這不是自己給自己找麻煩嗎？沒有人動，大家都疑惑地看著船長。
船長問：“你們怎麼不聽我的命令，難道都要等著葬身大海嗎？”
一個水手擔憂地問：“往船裡灌水，這是多麼危險的舉動，這不是自尋死路嗎？”
這時，老船長鎮定地說：“大家見過根深幹粗的樹被暴風刮倒過嗎？被刮倒的是沒有根基的小樹。”
水手們半信半疑地照著做了。雖然暴風巨浪依舊那麼猛烈，但隨著貨艙裡的水越來越高，貨輪漸漸地平穩了。在那個波濤滾滾的海面上，貨輪平穩行進，直到抵達了安全地帶，並順利岸邊。
上岸後，船長告訴水手：“一隻空桶很容易被風打翻，如果裝滿了水，風是吹不倒的。同理，船在負重的時候，是最安全的，空船其實最危險。”
“最豐滿的稻穗，最貼近地面。”其實，人生何嘗不是呢？
生活中無數成功的人，無不是負重前行的勇者，沉重的責任感時常壓在心頭，砥礪著人生堅穩的腳步，即使遇到大風大浪，也可以從歲月和歷史的風雨中堅定地走出來，而那些得過且過虛度時光的人，像一個沒有盛水的空水桶，往往一場人生的風雨就把他們徹底地打翻了，沒有翻身之地。
朋友，輕鬆的生活，固然讓人羡慕，但是這樣的生活也不會讓人有太大的成就。身處大時代的我們，雖然生活會很累，但是記得：沉甸甸的果實總是會把枝頭壓彎，而空洞的果殼總是被風吹走，要想奮起追求夢想，就多承擔一些責任，給自己負重，只有負重前行才不會被風暴打翻，才能讓自己的人生航船行得更穩。
