When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever
a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment.

First of all I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question in which
I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you
center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I’ve had trouble clearing my
mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do
enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations
