幾年前參加了一個身心靈領域的聚會並玩了一個小遊戲，讓我印象非常深刻。
以下分享這個小遊戲——–
在座有六個人，每個人拿到兩張寫著不同字樣的卡牌。
遊戲規則是，每回合把手上其中一張牌傳給下一位，直到完成一個循環。
遊戲開始了，我手上有「快樂」跟「悲傷」，我不暇思索的把「悲傷」傳出去，然後我拿到「痛苦」。
第二回合，我把「痛苦」傳出去，拿到「憤怒」，第三回合，我把「憤怒」傳出去，拿到「貶低」。
第四回合，我把「貶低」傳出去，拿到「匱乏」。
第五回合，我把「匱乏」傳出去，拿到「沮喪」。
第六回合，我把「沮喪」傳去出，拿到「悲傷」。
嗯，「悲傷」回到我手上了，循環結束。
雖然「快樂」始終都在我手上，可是我拿到了很多負面的卡牌，我感覺有點差。
第一局結束後，前輩問：「剛剛有誰是把自己喜歡的那張卡傳出去的？」
「……。」沒有人舉手，大家都把不要的那張傳出去，留著自己想要的那張。
前輩又說：「那麼下一局，我們把喜歡的那張分享給別人試試看會如何？」
遊戲開始了，我手上有「快樂」跟「悲傷」，我把「快樂」傳出去，然後我拿到「平靜」。
第二回合，我把「平靜」傳出去，拿到「智慧」。
第三回合，我把「智慧」傳出去，拿到「慈悲」。
第四回合，我把「慈悲」傳出去，拿到「理解」。
第五回合，我把「理解」傳出去，拿到「清明」。
第六回合，我把「清明」傳去出，拿到「快樂」。
「快樂」回來了，循環結束。
每個人都驚呆了，這一局的感覺與上一局差超多。
太啟發了，太豐盛了，太扯了，怎麼會這樣！
體驗不言而喻：每個人如果都把自己最好的那個事物分享出去，那麼每個人也都會得到各種很好的感覺，而最終自己分享出去的好事，也會回到自己身上。反之也是如此。
我震撼久久不能釋懷，並決定從那天開始，我都分享自己最喜歡的事物。
如今，我過得很豐盛。感恩！分享！
