房間有問題，維修立刻叫上門，從此不用擔心水電叫不到；碰到颱風地震等天災，需要付錢重建的不再會是你；想出國旅行隨時有巴士機場送接；想按摩直接叫客房服務；朋友拜訪直接樓下豪華大廳見，既方便又有面子。
這裡的地段比市面上所有的養老院選擇都好，價錢又遠比同等級服務的養老院便宜，很多人努力工作一輩子還房貸，這不就是最完美的退休生活？
