人生只有三天……
迷惑的人活在昨天，奢望的人活在明天，只有清澈的人活在今天。
有一天，有源禪師來拜訪慧海禪師，請教修道用功的方法。
他問慧海禪師：“和尚，您也用功修道嗎？”
禪師回答：“用功！”
有源又問：“怎樣用功呢？”
禪師回答：“餓了就吃飯，困了就睡覺。”
有源有些不解地問道：“如果這樣就是用功，那豈不是所有人都和禪師一樣用功了？”
禪師說：“當然不一樣！”
有源又問：“怎麼不一樣？不都是吃飯、睡覺嗎？”
禪師說：“一般人吃飯時不好好吃飯，有種種思量；睡覺時不好好睡覺，有千般妄想。我和他們當然不一樣。”
昨日已成歷史，明日尚不可知，只有“現在”才是上天賜給咱們最好的禮物。
