一、水晶手鏈要戴那一手?
相信不同的朋友，會有不同的講法。
由於水晶本身是具備一定磁場的，大致分為放射性磁場和吸納性磁場，一般學說中認為，放射性適合帶在右手，吸納性應該戴在左手。
另根據古中國氣法，因應氣門所在，一般都是以左進、右出為原則的，亦即，左手都是進氣、右手是排氣，這觀念亦不謀而合。
所以，請大家掌握住一個大原則：左進（陰）、右出（陽）。
（對於左撇子就變成「右進左出」）。
但是，這裡就有了個問題，是關於放射性水晶的。
例如黑曜石水晶可以放射一些不好的東西，所以，一般人會推薦在右手佩帶黑曜石。這裡就要說明一個觀念了，黑曜石本身也是可以戴在左手的，只是一般不推薦戴左手而已，事實上它對身體不好的人，黑曜石戴在左手有治療身體的效果。
進一步舉例說明如下：
黑曜石對應輪位為海底輪（黑色），可以有效排除身體負能量（右出），有助於消除疲勞、壓力、頭痛，排除身體病氣、濁氣；和增進新的能量（左進），快速恢復體力、改善體弱氣虛的毛病。
戴左手：對應下半身功能（海底輪），對快速恢復體力有幫助；
戴右手：排出身體的負能量。
紫水晶能夠開發智慧、幫助思考、增加腦細胞的活力；也能消除失眠，增強睡眠品質。
戴左手：可增加智慧、考運亨通、提升工作能力；
戴右手：消除失眠、釋放頭痛時的負能量。
又如鈦晶、黃水晶、綠幽靈等一般人用來求財，則建議配載於左手，
如茶晶、白水晶等可幫助排放負磁場之水晶建議可載於右手。
也有輪位過盛，比如說太陽輪能量過多變得太理智，想做人傻傻、開心點，可戴黃水晶、黃玉在右手，戴幾天有改善可以拿走，再戴別的寶石；要增強心輪，可戴綠、粉紅色的寶石在左手或項鏈在心輪。
所以，先瞭解水晶的運用，再從自己的需要（加、減）去決定戴左手和右手了。
大原則是，左手負責吸收正能量，右手負責排出負能量。所以，除黑碧璽、黑曜石與黑瑪瑙等有吸除濁氣功效的水晶除外，一般來說，幾乎所有的水晶全部都是佩帶左手喔！
事實上，水晶的功效是多樣的，而不是單一的，重要的是，它本身的磁場是正面而良好的。
所以我們先不論它戴在右手的時候，放射出你身體的磁場到底是好的還是壞的，單說它本身的磁場是正面的，當它戴在你的左手時，其實我們擁有吸入功能的左手，已經自然的將其正向的磁場吸入而用以改善自己的磁場了，那麼為什麼我們不戴在左手呢？
另外，其實左手連接的是右腦，而右手則正好相反。而右腦大家都知道是主要是控制了情緒等一些很特別的東西，於左腦的思維能力完全不同。而我們大家想改善的，情緒、創造力等等實際是於右腦息息相關的，所以水晶佩帶在左手更有助右腦的發揮。
二、水晶佩戴的細部注意事項
現在水晶寶石開運法非常流行，不少人都開始戴各式各樣的水晶了。不過，有些人戴水晶的Fu卻不明顯，這就可能是因為佩戴的方法不正確造成的。
下面就簡單回答幾種水晶佩戴問題:
1、可否戴著水晶沖涼？
最好不要，因為幾乎所有可以戴的水晶，表面都經過打磨，然後上一層蠟，令水晶更光亮，但戴著它沖涼，熱水會侵蝕水晶表面保護層，看起來會變得啞色，但不會影響功效的。
2、水晶可否讓別人摸？
水晶是物以類聚，如果想求事業，所戴綠幽靈被一個成功生意人動過，因水晶有記憶體，會記錄對方好能量，這樣反而有助運勢。相反的，水晶一旦被一些滯運的人動過，就要立即沖洗，這裡指的是淨化。
3、什麼情況下不可戴水晶？
去醫院、墳場，這些地方最好不要戴水晶，可將之除下放入衣袋。
因為水晶會吸收四周的能量，尤其是白水晶較易受污染，這些地方的負能量也比較多，就算有袪病氣作用的黑曜石、鈦晶，戴完去醫院後都要淨化一番。
4、水晶可不可以曬太陽？
因為水晶會受高溫影響，在太陽下暴曬會令水晶顏色慢慢轉淡，減低它本身能量，所以這麼多種水晶之中，只有白水晶可以曬太陽。
5、可不可以戴水晶去廁所或做喜歡做的事？
除了去醫院、墳場，戴水晶做什麼都行，毫無顧忌。
6、如果網友左手有戴手錶，盡量把手錶換到右手去，這樣的話，可以避免手錶的磁場干擾水晶!
7、一些古董級的手飾最好不要戴，主要是怕這些東西是從往生者的墳墓找出來的，對於自身的運勢也會有負面的影響，這些大家都要注意。
