夜深人靜時，我曾經想過到底什麼是「幸福」這問題？
星雲法師曾撰寫《幸福就是從轉念開始》一文，
他提到—-「心上無事是幸，身上無病是福。」
或許，答案就在裡頭。
人一輩子，忙到最後，會發現，真正的幸福和逍遙，不是擁有富貴權勢，而是心裡沒事、身體沒病。
活得累的人，心裡裝著不喜歡的事；
更累的人，是今天裝了明天的事；
無可救藥的人，裝了好多不該裝的事。
而俗話說：「無病一身輕。」
往往生過一場大病的人，才會有體會。
人往往在貪欲中失去幸福；
在忙碌中失去健康；
在懷疑中失去信任；
在計較中失去友情。
人不爭，一身輕鬆；事不比，一路暢通；心不求，一生平靜。
一輩子很短，幸福不難，難在自己的心沒打開。
別人能活的快樂，是因為他們懂得，心能裝的東西不多，若裝了太多的不愉快的事，那麼就裝不下快樂的事，懂得捨棄怨恨，才能拾得幸福。
每個人的命運之所以不同，就在於「轉念」的能力上。
成功者能化一切的逆境為前進的動力，而失敗者只會讓自己沉浸在失敗的傷痛中、無法自拔。所以，人若不能「轉念」，執著於那些傷害自己的人、事、物上，那麼一輩子也就只會在自憐悲戚的情緒上過完一生。
