長壽，被嚮往；養生，被推崇；百歲，被期望。
很多一生被名利折磨、汲汲奔波的人們，退休後又開始忙於琢磨如何長壽？！
於是，又開始折騰起自己身體來了！
於是，高人全出來了！
專家說，學者說，醫生說，算命師說，禪師說 …
講動的，講靜的，講吃素的，講拍手的，講泡腳的，講打拳的，講氣功的，講爬山的，講戒酒的 …
聽來聽去，只是讓人越活、越不會活了？
試問一下，這些說教者，他們自己長壽嗎？
長壽的條件，天好，地好，人也好。
如此奢侈，您能自主嗎？
長壽的要素，遺傳，習慣，性格，心態，飲食。
如此複雜，您能優選嗎？
老年的退化，應該視為生命的正常運作，何必當做病變？
天天測血壓，量體重，經常驗血，測血脂，量血糖，形成負擔，為此寢食難安，反生大患。
抗衰老？
衰老豈能抗，天下哪有長生不老的妙藥靈丹？
真善美，第一是真，有真、才有善與美。
素面朝天是自信的美；薄施粉黛是自尊的美。
敬畏生命！過度的治療，得到的是無尊嚴無意義的生命。
人生苦短。半百是短，百歲還是短。天地悠悠，你我皆是過客。
人生來去，不過是幸運和遺憾的往復，不外是美好和煩惱的轉換。
過去的，感恩；未來的，祈禱。
其實，人生能屬於可以自主的東西很有限。
老年之福，不由主觀的設計、策劃安排。
老來之福，在於隨遇而安，及時行樂。
一切的一切，人情世故恰到好處最好，缺了不可，過了便錯。
生命是品質與數量的統合。
品質第一，數量並不是生命的唯一追求。
數大不一定是美。
長壽的前題是能自理，是少麻煩他人。
優雅地老去，那是文化的境界；
體面地老去，那是物化的支撐。
二者的內涵的充實太講究了。
還是心平氣和，從容地慢慢老去吧。
過你喜歡的生活，喜歡你過的生活。
很難給生命增加時間，
但可給時間增加生命！
