藍色系水晶石有著藍天的清澈空曠，也有著海水的幽靜深邃。
色彩美麗、明亮而靈動，可促進清明、沉澱心情，是上佳的寶石。
一、海藍寶
1、特質：
海藍寶礦石外觀是清澈的結晶體，充滿浪漫的海洋風味、也讓人聯想到藍天!
透明至半透明的藍色寶石，讓人看了覺得心情很好，但品相好的並不多，通常都會有天然冰裂及雲霧。
產地：美國、墨西哥、俄羅斯、巴西、印度、愛爾蘭、阿富汗。
2、生理能量訊息：
藍色對應喉輪，有助於加強溝通、表達能力及說服力；可改善呼吸系統的毛病，對附近之喉嚨、氣管、甲狀腺等器官極腺體具療效，適合佩帶在喉嚨周圍。
3、心理能量訊息：

1、特質：
藍玉髓成份為二氧化矽，其實也是一種瑪瑙，只是其質地較純，顏色較鮮艷，沒有如一般瑪瑙所具有的條紋，具雙折射。玉髓類寶石，是根據顏色將其做細項分類的，綠色的綠玉髓（Chrysoprase），藍色的藍玉髓（Blue Chalcedony），橘紅色的光玉髓（Cornelian），紅色的紅玉髓（Sard）。玉髓各種顏色是因含有不同礦物質，而有所不同。其中，如含有氧化鐵呈半透明橙紅色的光玉髓!
2、生理能量訊息：
有助喉部健康，可增強呼吸道的免疫能力。
據說藍玉髓對於喉嚨附近的器官有幫助，如氣管、肺部、甲狀腺體等，因此可提高這方面的免疫能力。

四、青金石
1、特質：
青金石中文名又稱天青石；中國古代稱為璆琳、金精、瑾瑜、青黛；
英文名：Lapis lazuli
在阿富汗的巴達赫尚，發掘青金石的歷史已經超過6,000年；而阿富汗也把它當作自己國家的「國石」。
在古埃及前王朝時期遺址亦可發掘到青金石所製的首飾。甚至被埃及人認為是一種聖石，只有非常有地位的法老王、大祭司等人才可佩帶。
佛教稱之為吠努離或璧琉璃，屬於佛教七寶之一。
中國古代通常用青金石作為上天威嚴崇高的象徵。據《清會典圖考》載：「皇帝朝珠雜飾，唯天壇用青金石，地壇用琥珀，日壇用珊瑚，月壇用綠松石；皇帝朝帶，其飾天壇用青金石，地壇用黃玉，日壇用珊瑚，月壇用白玉」。皆借玉色來象徵天、地、日、月，其中以天為上。由於青金石玉石「色相如天」，故不論朝珠或朝帶，尤受重用。
不同層次的藍色，其中有時會含金黃色(黃鐵礦)或白色(方解石)的內涵物。最優質的青金石玉石。其中的青金石礦物含量在99％以上，不含黃鐵礦，其他雜質礦物很少，質地緻密、堅韌、細膩，呈濃豔、純正、均勻的藍色。
2、生理能量訊息：
不同的藍色對應喉輪及眉輪，可改善眼部、喉嚨痛、氣管、呼吸道方面的疾病，也可刺激甲狀腺，使新陳代謝加快並順暢，對循環系統及皮膚也有幫助。
3、心理能量訊息：

除了藍色、紫色，也有淡黃或是無色等，為多色性的晶石。
並且不易以加熱的方式來改變顏色，所以大家可以比較放心，如果經濟能力還不夠，那麼堇青石的顏色與光澤與緬甸藍寶石頗為類似，可以暫時瓜代一下啊!
2、生理能量訊息：
藍色光一向對應著喉輪，對喉嚨附近的氣管、甲狀腺、食道等都有幫助。

1、特質：
螢石中含有少量的(釔、鈰)稀土族元素，使得螢石有螢光特性，經敲碎或摩擦生熱時，受刺激後會產生藍綠色系列的螢光反應，此礦物就以「螢石」命名。
18世紀，人們將螢石粉末溶於水中，用以緩解腎病症狀；19世紀末，人們發現在煉鋼時攙和它，可以增強爐渣的流動性，並能去掉硫、磷等有害物質，特別是在鹼性平爐煉鋼中要用它。煉1噸鋼大約要消耗2～4千克螢石，此時已開始被大量的開採使用；而為現在煉鋼或鋁時的助熔劑。
螢石不適宜用做寶石，但長期以來人們都把它用來做裝飾品，因為它色澤美麗、豐富多彩，常呈較淡的黃、綠、藍、紫以及褐、紅等色，並有玻璃一樣的光澤，可磨得非常明亮；近年來，在寶石的行列裡，出現了一種有趣的「寶」石，就是“螢石”。
