中國有句老話，叫「無事小神仙」；
西方也有句諺語「不要自找麻煩，除非麻煩來找你」！
因此，最愜意的生活無非就是：心無罜礙，則無往而不自由。
無事鬧心，便是最大的幸福；而多心多疑，則極有可能招災惹禍。
亦即「福生於少事，禍起於多心！」
多一事不如少一事，心要寬，才能事兒少。
原諒別人就是原諒自己，在心裡放過別人，也是在思想上解放自己！
有句話叫「量大福也大，機深禍亦深」，說的就是這個理。
在追求幸福的路上，如果我們能做到「抓大放小」，把全副身心放在真正重要的大事上，往往更容易獲得人生真正的幸福。
作家契訶夫寫過一篇短篇小說，叫《小公務員之死》，講的就是這碼事。
一個美好的晚上，在一個劇院裡，心情美好的庶務官一不小心打了個噴嚏。
打噴嚏，是再平常不過，也是誰都控制不了的事情。但就是這麼一件小事，竟導致了這個庶務官的死亡。
原來這個庶務官在打噴嚏的時候，一不小心將唾沫濺到了坐在前排的將軍級文官身上。
他害怕極了，連忙向將軍道歉，將軍說：「沒什麼。」
既然將軍都說沒什麼，那這事兒本就該這麼過去了。
但這個庶務官偏偏是個多心的人，心裡總覺得將軍在怪罪他。
於是，他一次又一次地向將軍道歉，將軍一次又一次地說：「沒什麼，讓它過去吧！」
但，將軍越說“沒什麼”，他就越覺得將軍在怪他。
庶務官接二連三的道歉，最終令寬容大度的將軍不耐煩起來，對待庶務官的態度，也由一開始的“毫不在意”變成後來的“大發雷霆”。
而這個多心的，一次又一次道歉的庶務官，最終在遭受將軍的喝斥後，嚇得一命嗚呼了！
庶務官死了，但他是死在將軍的喝斥之下嗎？
不，他死於自己的多心。
在現實生活中，我們很多人又何嘗不是跟這個庶務官一樣，在不該多心的地方多心，最終「畫蛇添足」，惹出不必要的麻煩來。
為人處世，切記：「禍生於多心」。
外在的周遭世界是我們內心世界的映射。
只要我們的內心光風霽月，一片澄淨，
那麼在現實世界中，我們自然能與人為善，少事多福了。
相反，若內心充滿了猜忌、疑慮，那外在世界肯定也是一團亂麻。
所以社會糾紛越來越多，常因別人的一個行為或一句話，惹得自己不順心就與對方發生爭吵，甚至拼個你死我活。
福禍無門、惟人自招，
遇事情緒控管十分重要，控管的好，大事化小、小事化無，平安是福；
情緒管控不好，無事生非，小事化大、大事化為不可收拾。
