水晶與五行學說

天然水晶與身俱來的天然能量場，有協調五行的作用，所以可根據自己所缺或者過盛的五行，去佩帶合適的水晶。
一、五行與顏色
《尚書•洪範》中說：“五行，一曰水，二曰火，三曰木，四曰金，五曰土。水曰潤下，火曰炎上，木曰曲直，金曰從革，土爰稼穡。”
木，具有生發、條達的特性。
火，具有炎熱、向上的特性。
土，具有長養、化育的特性。
金，具有清靜、收殺的特性。
水，具有寒冷、向下的特性。
先天五行順序：金、水、木、火、土，概取自河圖。
後天五行順序：金、木、水、火、土，概取自洛書。
古人又把天劃為東西南北中五天。
東方天，木炁所主，色青，屬青龍位，司春，由青帝所管。
南方天，火炁所主，色赤，屬朱雀位，司夏，由炎帝所管。
西方天，金炁所主，色白，屬白虎位，司秋，由金帝所管。
北方天，水炁所主，色黑紫，屬玄武位，司冬，由黑帝所管。
中央天，土炁所主，色黃，司四季，由黃帝所管。
二、五行生剋與水晶
五行生剋是五行學說的一種觀點。五行學說認為宇宙是由金、木、水、火、土五種最基本物質構成的，宇宙中各種事物和現象的發展、變化都是這五種不同屬性的物質不斷運動和相互作用的結果。
五行學說認為，事物與事物之間存在著一種聯繫，這種聯繫又促進著事物的發展變化。五行之間存在著相生、相剋的規律。
相生，含有互相滋生，促進助長的意思。
相剋，含有互相制約、克制和抑制的意思。
相生相剋，像陰陽一樣，是事物不可分割的兩個方面。
沒有生就沒有事物的發生和成長；
沒有剋，就不能維持事物的發展和變化中的平衡與協調。
沒有相生、就沒有相剋，沒有相剋、就沒有相生，這種生中有剋，剋中有生，相反相成，互相為用的關係推動和維持事物的正常生長、發展和變化。
“造化之機不可無生，亦不可無制，無生而發育無由，無制則亢而為害。”（《類經圖翼》）
五行相生：金生水、水生木、木生火、火生土、土生金
五行相克：金剋木、木剋土、土剋水、水剋火、火剋金
而天然水晶具有渾然天成的美麗顏色，而這些顏色早就被古人運用於五行的改善：
金：白色、銀色系列均屬金；
水：黑色、藍色系列均屬水；
木：綠色系列均屬木；
火：紅色、紫色系列均屬火；
土：黃色系列均屬土。
例如，五行中缺木之人，木屬春天，色青，味酸。可佩戴綠色系水晶，如綠幽靈、綠碧璽、橄欖石等木性水晶飾品，以達到平衡五行、養生保健的目的。因為在五行中綠幽靈屬「木」，按中醫五行五臟六腑的學理，又可調節「肝、膽、眼睛和神經系統」的健康症狀。
又如，五行中缺火之人，火屬夏天，色赤，味苦。可佩戴紅寶石、紅碧璽、石榴石、紅紋石等火性水晶飾品，以強化火行，平衡五行。
又如，五行中缺土之人，土屬長夏，色黃，味甘。可佩戴金髮晶、黃晶、紅幽靈、虎眼石、紅砭石等土性水晶飾品，以補充土行，達到五行平衡。
又如，五行中缺金之人，金屬秋，色白，味辛。可佩戴鈦晶、髮晶、白水晶、天河石等金性水晶飾品，增強金行，強健體魄。
又如，五行中缺水之人，水屬冬，色黑，味鹹。可佩戴黑碧璽、茶晶、黑曜石、黒砭石等水性水晶飾品，以達到平衡五行、養生保健的目的。
五行排列 <代表顏色> <屬性水晶>
(木) – 綠色系 東菱玉、綠幽靈
(火) – 紅、紫色系 紅兔毛、紫水晶
(土) – 黃色系 黃水晶、鈦晶、茶晶
(金) – 白、銀系 白水晶、銀髮晶
(水) – 黑、藍色系 黑曜石、海藍寶
