紅豆湯補血、消水腫

紅豆主要的功能包括有:
|補血、利尿、消腫、促進心臟的活化等;容易低血壓、疲倦的人,常吃紅豆會有改善的效果!
一、無糖紅豆治水腫:
多吃不加糖的紅豆,既可消腫又可補血,非常有用。
- 紅豆滾開以後以小火慢慢悶煮直至熟透,但是別忘記煮之前要先浸泡二至三個小時。
- 紅豆千萬不要加糖,加了糖就容易胖。
- 每個月的生理期前後是吃紅豆的最佳時機,既可排泄堆積在下半身的水分,其中的纖維質還可強化腸胃活動力,促進排便正常。
二、桂圓紅豆湯的煮法:
紅豆也可煮成桂圓紅豆湯,更能提升內臟活力,能增強體力。
先將泡過水的紅豆兩米杯以大火煮開後,以小火慢燉一小時,加入桂圓肉小半杯、薑4到6片、米酒半杯,再煮一小時,最後加入紅砂糖(約200公克)及太白粉調味,即成滋補養身的桂圓紅豆湯。
紅豆熬湯,切記只能加糖,不能為了口感而另外加鹽調味;因為據研究,這樣一來會使紅豆利尿的效果減半,何況甜味混合鹹味的食物,吃了會影響神經的穩定性。
