睡眠，是美容最好的維他命。
但是，人在江湖有時候身不由己，睡不夠時，容易老態畢露。
那麼，疲累的時候，如何還能顯得光彩照人、讓你看起來美麗一點？
對於男士，只要簡單的3個步驟就OK：
◆臉部消腫
用冰水撲臉，或用浸透碎冰的冰毛巾敷臉5～10分鐘，可以改善臉部浮腫。然後擦上冰過的小黃瓜化妝水或噴點薰衣草液，再上乳液，讓臉部皮膚看來濕潤平滑。
◆減輕眼部不適
兩眼各點一滴眼藥水減輕充血症狀，眼睛四周塗抹含有甘菊、長春藤、迷迭香或葵類植物的精華液，緩和紅腫不適的感覺。
◆滋潤嘴唇
熬夜後嘴唇容易乾裂，喝杯蜂蜜水讓你舒服些，嘴唇也較快恢復正常。也可塗上治療脫皮的護唇膏，讓你的外貌看來經過適度修飾，較有禮貌。
而女士們除了以上三個方法，還可再多做點粧扮，可為花容增色：
◆修飾黑眼圈
化妝品裡有專門遮蓋黑眼圈的產品，選擇黃色調的遮瑕膏，用指尖在眼睛周圍輕輕點一圈，慢慢推開，有必要還可以再上一層粉底。
◆薄上粉底
粉底要薄薄地打，粉也要輕撲。上得太厚容易暴露皮膚的瑕疵。
◆用腮紅添顏色
腮紅和口紅盡可能選擇粉紅或蜜桃等較柔和的顏色，好讓氣色看來自然有神。千萬別用深褐、紫或暗紫等太重的顏色。
◆輕描眼線
選用深棕色眼線，會比黑色自然。畫的時候儘量接近睫毛，順著眼睫輕輕地描，畫到眼睛三分之二處再暈開。
睫毛膏建議也選同色，並且只要淡淡的在上睫毛刷一下就好了。
◆上眼影增加神采
淡淡的眼影，能讓眼部亮起來，最好是粉彩色或較中性的淺色，深色或偏紅的眼影效果會很恐怖。眼影和眼線一樣，從眼頭擦到眼睛三分之二處，這樣會讓眼睛顯得大而有神。
◆累得不想動，怎麼辦？
你可以學歐洲女人，刷上厚厚的睫毛膏，再塗上大紅的脣膏。要不，乾脆大墨鏡一遮，就依然美艷動人。
