睡眠不足的化妝術

睡眠,是美容最好的維他命。

但是,人在江湖有時候身不由己,睡不夠時,容易老態畢露。

那麼,疲累的時候,如何還能顯得光彩照人、讓你看起來美麗一點?

 

對於男士,只要簡單的3個步驟就OK:

◆臉部消腫

用冰水撲臉,或用浸透碎冰的冰毛巾敷臉5~10分鐘,可以改善臉部浮腫。然後擦上冰過的小黃瓜化妝水或噴點薰衣草液,再上乳液,讓臉部皮膚看來濕潤平滑。

 

◆減輕眼部不適

兩眼各點一滴眼藥水減輕充血症狀,眼睛四周塗抹含有甘菊、長春藤、迷迭香或葵類植物的精華液,緩和紅腫不適的感覺。

 

◆滋潤嘴唇

熬夜後嘴唇容易乾裂,喝杯蜂蜜水讓你舒服些,嘴唇也較快恢復正常。也可塗上治療脫皮的護唇膏,讓你的外貌看來經過適度修飾,較有禮貌。

 

而女士們除了以上三個方法,還可再多做點粧扮,可為花容增色:

 

◆修飾黑眼圈

化妝品裡有專門遮蓋黑眼圈的產品,選擇黃色調的遮瑕膏,用指尖在眼睛周圍輕輕點一圈,慢慢推開,有必要還可以再上一層粉底。

 

◆薄上粉底

粉底要薄薄地打,粉也要輕撲。上得太厚容易暴露皮膚的瑕疵。

 

◆用腮紅添顏色

腮紅和口紅盡可能選擇粉紅或蜜桃等較柔和的顏色,好讓氣色看來自然有神。千萬別用深褐、紫或暗紫等太重的顏色。

 

◆輕描眼線

選用深棕色眼線,會比黑色自然。畫的時候儘量接近睫毛,順著眼睫輕輕地描,畫到眼睛三分之二處再暈開。

睫毛膏建議也選同色,並且只要淡淡的在上睫毛刷一下就好了。

 

◆上眼影增加神采

淡淡的眼影,能讓眼部亮起來,最好是粉彩色或較中性的淺色,深色或偏紅的眼影效果會很恐怖。眼影和眼線一樣,從眼頭擦到眼睛三分之二處,這樣會讓眼睛顯得大而有神。

 

◆累得不想動,怎麼辦?

你可以學歐洲女人,刷上厚厚的睫毛膏,再塗上大紅的脣膏。要不,乾脆大墨鏡一遮,就依然美艷動人。
