一般人都不想當個胖子，但減肥路可不輸天堂路喔！總要歷經千辛萬苦，才能擺脫身上不該有的肉囉！
以下，介紹一個比較人道的方法，是飲食 + 運動 + 按摩喔！
現在就把秘訣分享大家:
一、飲食部分：
減肥時要吃對東西，這比少吃東西重要喔!
減肥最痛苦的就是餓肚子，與其辛苦控制熱量，倒不如改變飲食習慣，讓脂肪不易形成，來的輕鬆一些。
其實，主要原因在胰島素，當身體吃到甜食、澱粉、水果(番茄、芭樂除外)會刺激胰島素分泌，來降低血糖。
但胰島素有另一重要的功能，就是促進體脂肪的合成，胰島素分泌多了，脂肪在身體內就不易被分解。例如，得糖尿病的人都會變瘦道理是一樣的(因胰島素分泌不易，故脂肪不易被合成) 。
所以，飲食重點放在：少吃甜食、澱粉，多吃瘦肉。
1、大家一定要記得，減重一定要避免澱粉攝取。
要不然澱粉經由唾液變成醣，胰島素上升，脂肪就易形成。
2、少吃甜食。
因為一但血糖上升，會使大量胰島素分泌，你所吃的東西就會全轉換成脂肪喔！所以，不要認為喝一杯奶茶或吃炸雞的麵粉皮等沒關係。
3、減肥要多攝取膳食纖維。
就是不要讓血糖急劇上升，也就是盡量不要讓胰島素分泌，讓脂肪無法合成。其實，重點就是降低胰島素，讓脂肪優先分解及避免脂肪合成。而膳食纖維是指不能被人體消化道分解的多醣類及木質素，在消化道有吸收水份的作用。膳食纖維的功能：能增加腸道及胃內的食物體積，可增加飽足感；又能促進腸胃蠕動，可舒解便秘；同時膳食纖維也能吸附腸道中的有害物質以便排出；也能延緩胃排空，防止血糖急劇上升，降低血膽固醇。
4、減肥可多吃瘦肉(又稱低GI減肥法)，一樣能保持好身材。
其實就像獅子、老虎、豹這些食量很大的肉食性動物，但卻都很瘦、沒什麼脂肪(一餐都可吃下一頭羊約10000多卡) ；但相反的像豬食量沒那麼大，但因吃的是人剩菜剩飯卻很胖。(千萬不要以為老虎運動量很大，因為牠們平均一天要睡18小時。反而是豬一天只睡7.8小時剩下時間都在動)
5、每餐必備湯頭。
做法:紫菜蛋花湯加寒天藻絲。當然，要加一些肉當配菜。（如:雞胸肉、羊肉和牛肉等+蒜泥醬油）。
其中，寒天又名海燕窩，因為有豐富的膠質和燕窩一樣。
膠質就是膠原蛋白。寒天含膳食纖維是蒟酪的31倍超低熱量，最重要的是100%含膠質。比蒟酪好太多了。一餐份的天然寒天藻絲膠質含量，相當於市價百元膠原飲三罐的膠質含量喔!
很多用中醫埋針或抽脂減肥的，因為快速瘦下來，皮膚都很鬆垮沒彈性，雖然瘦了，但感覺好像老了10歲。但用有豐富膠原蛋白的寒天來瘦身的原因之一，因為膠原蛋白的其中一項功能就是增加皮膚彈性，可避免皮膚鬆垮。
6、水果可吃番茄和芭樂。
7、多吃高活性乳酸菌，解決宿便問題。
大家一定要了解，肥胖和皮膚不好最大的敵人就是宿便。老一輩的都說:萬病宿便起，可見宿便的可怕。例如，口臭、長痘痘、皮膚暗沉(俗稱大便臉) 的問題，都是宿便惹的禍。
8、一般減肥藥，利用拉肚子，體重雖降但都是人體的水分，復胖當然快。寒天減肥法瘦的是脂肪，只要保養好幾乎不復胖。
二、運動部分:
1、可穿塑身衣運動。

但要選擇高丹數、高透氣、可24小時穿的材質。
尤其睡覺的時候，是絕對不能放過的黃金時段。

但買塑身衣絕對要注意，不是貴就是好，別再買那種又貴又難穿，穿了還會有痕跡的。要買就買無痕、高透氣、可穿的睡覺這種。
2、大肚肚剋星:四段式遠紅外線塑腹帶。
這在日本是相當火紅的產品，高科技設計，使用約一個小時，你會發現肚子都是汗。4段設計你會在不知不覺中越用越窄，針對肥肚肚真的超好用的！
(遠紅外線:地球上有相當多的物質會自己散發出遠紅外線，我們最常看到的，像是一些中醫診所治療筋骨酸痛或淤血，會先用遠紅外線燈照20分鐘。其目的就是讓血液更加活絡來幫助代謝。)
三、按摩部分:
運動瘦身最難對付的就是大脂肪區，如肚子、大腿、手臂。
因為減肥配合運動，很怕這些地方在運動後長出肌肉來，所以一定要按摩。按摩可避免肌肉長出來，把脂肪和氣節推開，代謝也才會快。
剛開始按有點痛，但一定要把脂肪和氣節推開。
此時，做過SPA的就知道，使用磁力設計的滾輪真是太神奇了，若不想花大錢去推脂，但脂肪又一定要推開才好代謝。
使用滾輪按摩效果是用手按的20倍，相當省力好用又舒服。
