話說當年乾隆下江南，巧遇烏龜擋道。
乾隆問：「您們這群王八們有何事上奏？」
烏龜道：「我等有王八蛋進貢，欲求烏紗帽一頂！」
乾隆大笑：「好，哪一天馬不拉車，夜不點燭時，寡人就讓你等全部當官。」
於是烏龜們叩謝而去。
稍候乾隆笑道：「這幫蠢王八，馬什麼時候可以不拉車，夜如何能不點燭？」
臣子們皆拍稱皇上聖明。
轉眼300年後…
哪知，汽車取代了馬車、電燈取代了蠟燭！
君無戲言，於是現在寡人下面，果真有一大群當官的烏龜王八蛋！
