以科學方法證實:「善有善報、惡有惡報」
傳統固有的人生訓誨，強調「善有善報、惡有惡報」， 但這樣的教誨，在科學昌明的今日社會，難道只能一種道德教條，無法以科學方法來證實嗎？
直到看到心理學家大衛﹒R.霍金斯在其著的《 Power vs. Force》才讓我們大開眼界，知道「善惡報應」的背後還真有其科學根據呢！
善惡有頻率
愛因斯坦的質能方程式說明：物質就是能量。
物理學家已經證明，我們這個世界上所有的固體都是由旋轉的粒子組成的。這些粒子有著不同的振動頻率，粒子的振動使我們的世界表現成目前的樣子。
我們的人身也是如此。科學家已經測量過人在不同的體格和精神狀態下身體的振動頻率，結果讓人大開眼界。
大衛﹒R.﹒霍金斯（David R. Hawkins, Power vs. Force）通過20多年的研究表明，人的身體會隨著精神狀況而有強弱的起伏。
他把人的意識映射到1-1000的範圍。
任何導致人的振動頻率低於200(20,000Hz) 的狀態會削弱身體，而從200到1000 的頻率則使身體增強。
霍金斯發現，誠實、同情和理解能增強一個人的意志力，改變身體中粒子的振動頻率，進而改善身心健康。
死人的頻率沒有意義。
邪念會導致最低的頻率；當你想著下流的邪念，你就在削弱自己。
漸高依次是惡念、冷漠、痛悔、害怕與焦慮、渴求、發火和怨恨、傲慢，這些全都對你有害。
但信任在250是中性的，信任有益於你。
再往上的頻率依次是溫和、樂觀、寬容、理智和理解、關愛和尊敬、高興和安詳、平靜和喜悅在600，開悟（enlightenment）在700-1000。
他遇到過的最高最快頻率是700，出現在他研究德蕾莎修女（1910-1997, 獲1997 年諾貝爾和平獎）的時候。
