微笑的力量

人的一生，不論是誰都會遇到許多挫折。
但是不管怎樣，你都要善於用微笑營造讓人心情愉快的環境，千萬不要擺出一幅冷冰冰的面孔。只要學會時刻微笑，你會發現別人也會感到你的熱情的心。
有一位乘客在飛機未起飛前，因自己需要吃藥向服務員要一杯水，
服務員當時承諾，當飛機進入平穩飛行狀態後立刻把水送來。
可是飛機進入平穩飛行狀態後，很長一段時間服務員還是沒有把水送來。
這位乘客於是再次按了服務鈴，服務員—聽到鈴聲，馬上意識到自己工作失誤了，忘記及時把水送來，於是她馬上端著水過來，微笑著向乘客說：「實在對不起，先生，由於我的疏忽延誤您吃藥的時間，非常抱歉。」
然而這位乘客卻沒有接受她的道歉，開始要投訴她。
事情過後，為了彌補自己的不足，服務員再次去客艙為乘客服務時，都面帶微笑詢問這位乘客是否需要服務，可這位乘客卻沒有理睬她。
飛機就要到達目的地時，這位乘客讓服務員給他意見簿，服務員以為他會投訴她，乘客離開後，她打開一看，發現乘客這樣寫道：「在整個過程中，你表現出的真誠歉意，特別是你的那十二次微笑，深深地打動了我，最終讓我不再投訴你，而是表揚。你的服務質量很高，如果還有機會，我一定會再次乘坐你們這趟航班。」
這位乘客說，在她向他第二次微笑時，他認為道歉是應該的，沒有什麼感覺，而她第三次向他微笑時，他要投訴她的想法有點動搖了，在她第四次對她微笑時，他已經徹底原諒她了。
這就是微笑的力量，它可以使困難迎刃而解，正所謂「伸手不打笑臉人」。
所以，我們不管在任何環境下都要學會微笑。
微笑就是一種無形的「布施」。
因為您正在傳遞給別人—-幸福、溫馨、快樂。
美國密西根大學的心理學教授麥克尼爾博士，也曾經發表過這樣的看法，
他說：面帶微笑的人比起緊繃著臉的人，在經營、販賣以及教育方面更容易獲得效果。
微笑比繃緊的臉孔藏有豐富的回報。微笑力量之大是如此般。
