升米恩、斗米仇
惟雯說故事
從前，有兩戶人家是鄰居，其中一家比較富裕。
有一年，天災導致田中顆粒無收。
窮的一家沒了收成，只能等死。
富的一家有很多糧食，就給窮人家送去了一升米，救了急。
窮的一家非常感激救命恩人！
熬過最艱苦的時刻後，窮人就前去感謝富人。
說話間，談起明年的種子還沒有著落，富的一家慷慨地說：「這樣吧，我這裡的糧食還有很多，你再拿去一斗吧。窮人千恩萬謝地拿著一斗米回家了。」
回家後，窮人家裡人說，這斗米能做什麼？根本就不夠明年地裡的種子，他們太過分了，既然這麼有錢，就應該多送我們一些糧食！
這話傳到了富人耳朵裡，他很生氣，心想，我白白送你這麼多的糧食，你不僅不感謝我，還把我當仇人一樣忌恨。
於是，本來關係不錯的兩家人，從此成了仇人，老死不相往來。
這就是“升米恩，斗米仇”。
當一個人饑寒交迫的時候，你給他一碗米，就是解決了他的大問題，他會感恩不盡。
但是，如果繼續給他米，他就會覺得理所當然了。
一碗米不夠，兩碗米不夠，三碗、四碗還是覺得你只給了滄海一粟。
欲望像海水，喝得越多，越是口渴。
痛，可以忍住，而癢卻是越撓越上癮的。
這到底是怎樣的一種道理？
這道理很複雜，就是好事不是不可以做，怕的是他人習慣了你這樣做，甚而認為你天生就該這樣做。
生活裡常有這樣的事，當你好心幫人的時候，第一次幫他時，他會對你心存感激，第二次，他的感恩心理就會淡化，到了N次以後，他簡直就理直氣壯地認為這都是你應該為他做的，甚至當沒有了這種幫助時，他會對你心存怨恨，正所謂恩中招怨。
我們都明白“滴水之恩、湧泉相報”的道理，所以，當自己遇到傾心相助的朋友離我們而去時，也許我們也該反思：「我們是否也曾漠視了，也曾接受了別人“一斗米”之惠，而淡漠了人家施米的恩情？」
