喝茶養生術
一、喝茶會造成脫水？
西方人往往以為喝茶會造成脫水，但《歐洲臨床營養學報》刊登的一份研究報告說，喝茶和喝水一樣能補充人體水分，而且對人體健康還有額外的好處，包括預防心臟病和某些癌症等。因此就效益來說，喝茶比喝水更健康。
這項研究是由英國倫敦大學「國王學院」的公衛營養專家拉克思頓女士主持，她與同事深入探討之後斷言，茶能促進健康的關鍵成份是類黃酮（flavonoids），這是一種有助於防止細胞受損的多酚抗氧化物，存在於許多植物之中，包括茶葉。 報告指出，有證據顯示，一天喝茶三至四杯可降低心臟病發生的機率，但茶的抗癌效果就不是這麼明顯，此外喝茶還可對抗牙菌斑，防止蛀牙和強化骨骼等益處。拉克思頓說，喝茶要比喝水好，喝水只能補充水分，喝茶則一舉兩得，除補充水分外還有抗氧化物。
拉克思頓說，認為喝茶會造成脫水只是一種迷思，因為研究指出咖啡因有脫水作用，所以大家都以為所有含咖啡因的飲料都會造成脫水，但就算你喝一杯很濃的茶，增加的水分還是超過流失的水分。
二、電腦族每天必喝的三杯茶
面對電腦時間長了不好，那該怎麼辦？
其實每天三杯茶，不但可以對抗輻射的侵害，還可保護眼睛。
1.上午一杯綠茶
綠茶中含強效的抗氧化劑以及維生素C，不但可以清除體內的自由基，還能分泌出對抗緊張壓力的荷爾蒙。
綠茶中所含的少量咖啡因可以刺激中樞神經，振奮精神。不過最好在白天飲用，以免影響睡眠。
2.下午一杯菊花茶
菊花有明目清肝的作用，有些人就乾脆用菊花加上枸杞一起泡來喝，或是在菊花茶中加入蜂蜜，都對解鬱有幫助。
因枸杞子含有豐富的β胡蘿蔔素、維生素B1、維生素C、鈣、鐵，具有補肝、益腎、明目的用。其本身具有甜味，可以泡茶也可以像葡萄乾一樣作零食，對解決”電腦族”眼睛澀、疲勞都有功效。
3.晚間一杯決明茶
決明子有清熱、明目、補腦髓、鎮肝氣、益筋骨的作用。
三、各種茶的功用
1.烏龍茶
節食減肥，吃得少，腸道容易乾燥而便秘。
原料》烏龍茶
做法》用開水沖泡。
功效》助消化、解油膩毒素、消脂。
2.薏仁茶
想要去除體內多餘的水分，減少浮腫，可以試試薏仁茶。
原料》炒薏仁１ ０克 、鮮荷葉 ５克 、山楂 ５克 。
做法》以熱水煮開，就可以飲用。
功效》清熱、利濕、治水腫。
3.荷葉茶
若覺得情緒低落、精神壓力太大而產生便秘時，可試試荷葉茶。
原料》荷葉 3克、炒決明子 6克、玫瑰花3朵。
做法》用開水沖泡即可。
功效》清暑利濕、治水氣浮腫。
4.決明子茶
腸蠕動功能不好或是節食的容易會有便秘的情形，可以試喝決明子茶。
原料》決明子
做法》熱水沖泡。
功效》清肝明目、利水通便。
5.麥芽茶
體內排氣不暢容易造成腹脹和胃脹，這一類的朋友可以試試麥芽茶。
原料》炒麥芽５錢、山楂５分。
做法》加一小包冰糖泡。
功效》開胃健脾、消食除脹。
6.檸檬茶
有消脂、去油膩的雙重功效，還能美白肌膚，小姐們可以多喝。
原料》檸檬一顆。
做法》將檸檬榨出汁後用溫水沖調，加入適量蜂蜜，然後放入一兩片檸檬切片在茶中浸泡。
功效》消脂、助消化、美白肌膚
7.普洱茶
可幫助消化胃部的積食，使脂肪、糖份正常消耗。
原料》普洱茶葉、乾菊花５朵。
做法》熱水沖泡。
功效》幫助消化、消除油脂。
8.玫瑰花茶
不但可以沖茶泡酒，還有保胃調經的功效。
原料》乾燥玫瑰花５克 。
做法》溫開水沖泡。
功效》治肝胃氣痛，調經。
9.菊花茶
清火、減肥最方便的飲品。
原料》幾朵乾燥的菊花。
做法》以熱水沖泡。
功效》清暑退熱解毒、消脂肪、降血壓。
10.陳皮茶
吃完油膩的食物，可以來一壺陳皮茶去油膩。
原料》陳皮 4克 。
做法》用熱水沖泡。
功效》調氣
四、茶飲的禁忌
迄今尚無證據顯示喝茶有任何害處，但有研究指出，茶會傷害人體吸收鐵質的能力，因此如果一個人有貧血的毛病，在進餐時最好避免喝茶。
另外，有些人喜歡將一些中草藥當茶飲，以為中藥當茶飲會有保健作用且無毒副作用。實際上 “是藥就有三分毒”，中草藥是不宜長期當做茶飲用的，無論劑量過大還是服用時間過長，都可能發生毒副作用。
※胖大海： (英文名 Boat—fruited Sterculia Seed )
胖大海，又名安南子、大海子、大洞果，因遇水膨大成海綿狀而得名，為梧桐科，是多年生落葉喬木植物胖大海的成熟種子。
胖大海性寒，味甘、淡，可清肺熱，利咽喉，清腸通便。用於乾咳無痰、咽痛音啞、慢性咽炎、熱結便秘。
但胖大海是藥，不是日常保健飲品，只適於風熱邪毒侵犯咽喉所致的嘶啞。
因聲帶小結、聲帶閉合不全或煙酒過度引起的嘶啞，用胖大海無效。
胖大海不能泡茶服用，因為有的患者可能會出現過敏反應，如全身皮膚發癢、口脣水腫等。而且，飲用胖大海會產生大便稀薄、胸悶等副作用，特別是老年人及脾虛者更應慎用。更嚴重的是，長期大量飲用有可能危及生命。
※銀杏葉： (英文名： Folium Ginkgo )
銀杏葉，為銀杏科植物銀杏Ginkgo biloba L.的乾燥葉。
秋季葉尚綠時採收，及時乾燥。
銀杏葉性味甘、苦、澀、平，歸心肺經，功能斂肺、平喘、活血化瘀、止痛，用於肺虛咳喘、冠心病、心絞痛、高血脂。
銀杏葉同樣是藥，不是日常保健飲品。
因為銀杏葉中含有有毒成分，用其泡茶可引起陣發性痙攣、神經麻痺、過敏、出血和其他副作用，過敏體質及高血壓患者應慎用。
※甘草： ( 英文名： Liquorice， Licorice Root )
甘草又叫甜草根、密草。為豆科植物甘草 GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch.的根及根莖。生於向陽乾燥的鈣質草原及河岸砂質土處有栽培。主產內蒙古、甘肅。春、秋季采挖，除去須根，曬乾。
甘草性味平，味甘。有補脾益氣，清熱解毒，祛痰止咳，調和諸藥等功效。
用於脾胃虛弱、倦怠乏力、心悸氣短、咳嗽痰多、緩解藥物毒性。
中醫認為凡因濕所致的嘔惡、痰飲、中滿、水腫等皆不用甘草。
現代藥理研究也發現，甘草主要含甘草甜素，甘草甜素具有腎上腺皮質激素樣作用，能夠促進水、鈉瀦溜和排鉀增加，長期大量應用甘草，會出現水腫、血壓增高、血鉀降低、四肢無力等症。
特別需要說明的是，腎病必須慎用甘草。
※決明子： (英文名： Cassia Seed )
決明子又叫草決明、馬蹄決明、假綠豆。為豆科植物決明的種子。大部分地區有栽培。
決明子性微寒，味甘、苦、鹹。主治清熱明目，潤腸通便。用於目赤澀痛、羞明多淚、頭痛眩暈、目暗不明、大便秘結。
決明子含決明素、決明內酯、維生素 A、大黃酚、大黃素、大黃酸、大黃素酮等，對視神經有良好的保護作用，還有抑制葡萄球菌生長及收縮子宮、降壓、降血清膽固醇的功效，對防治血管硬化與高血壓有顯著效果。
但是決明子可引起腹瀉，長期飲用對身體不利。
※野菊花： ( 英文名： Indian Dendranthema Flower )
野菊花又叫野黃菊花、苦薏、山菊花、甘菊花。為菊科植物野菊的頭狀花序。生於路旁、山坡、原野。
野菊花性微寒，味苦、甘。有夠疏風明目，清熱解毒之功效，用於療瘡癰腫、目赤腫痛、頭痛眩暈。
飲用野菊花茶後，少數人會出現胃部不適、胃納欠佳、腸鳴等反應，因此脾胃虛寒者、孕婦不宜常飲。
