膽囊割除與胰臟癌

常常聽到某人明明好好的，忽然間就胰臟癌死了，或肝癌死了，是什麼原因，形成了這類隱形殺手？
一、膽腺阻塞的原因
在胃消化過程中，膽囊起同步作用，逐漸釋出膽汁與食物均勻攪混，可協助脂肪分解。
肝也同時放出了膽固醇，它很黏稠，會黏在膽腺上，如果將膽腺完全封住了，膽汁便倒流，灼燒肝或胰臟，倘不處理，即逐漸形成癌症。
好吃肥膩的人，血脂肪高，造成脂肪肝，漸漸改變肝代謝的形式，傾向產生壞膽固醇。油膩的食物吃久了，最終膽腺被封住，將引發肝癌。
同時，飲食習慣不好的人，也常會引起膽腺阻塞、膽結石，尤其女人為男人的三、四倍 。
因為女人一般家中瑣碎事務忙不完，餓時膽汁早已造好就一直存留在膽囊中，常到下午兩、三點才吃東西，這些多貯存了兩、三小時的膽汁就更加黏稠，更易沈澱在膽囊、膽腺上，封住膽腺，引起倒流。
總之，最常造成膽腺阻塞的三個原因為：
1、吃飯不定時
2、吃得太油膩
3、遺傳上的原因，造了太多膽固醇。
知道了以上原因，常喝紅莓汁（Cranberry juice）清膽腺、並改變飲食習慣，自然可以遠離肝癌的詛咒。
二、膽腺阻塞有何症狀？
有人是一點感覺都沒有，有些人則是在右邊下肋骨，略有刺痛，或偶爾隱隱作痛，通常是在吃完飯後半個小時，會有這種感覺。
另外，可藉由自己的驗血報告中研判情況，有幾個指數要特別注意：
(1) GGTP (GGT；Gamma Glutamyl Transferate)
當膽腺封住時GGTP指數會由20 上升到50，表示膽管塞住了。
(2) AP（Alkaline Phosphate）
當AP 指數上升到100，即有囊腫現象，膽汁倒流回肝，造成肝內部囊腫，肝已開始有灼爛情況。
(3) ALT (SGPT；Alanine Transaminase)
當這個指數上升時，表示肝開始腫脹。
(4) AST (SGOP；Aspartate Transaminase)
這個指數上升，顯示肝已硬化。
(5) AFP (Alpha Feto Protein)
甲胎兒蛋白上升，便是肝癌了。
(6) CA19-9
它可能和肝癌一起進行，超過10 點就不好，到了25 點，
表示已徘徊在胰臟癌門口，有胰臟癌的，指數常已高達37 點。
三、如何預防膽結石？
有人好端端的，吃完飯半小時後卻腹痛難忍，有可能是膽結石剛好堵住了膽腺，使得膽汁整個倒流回肝臟，強力的膽汁開始腐蝕液化肝臟，所以疼痛不堪。排出的大便是白色的，整個肝臟正被液化，不馬上處理，只能活72小時。
如果某人膽囊已有疼痛現象，通常醫生都建議膽結石病患，作膽囊切除手術（Cholecytotomy）。
但人體每一器官各有所司，在食物消化過程中，膽囊起同步作用，逐漸釋出膽汁與食物均勻攪混，可幫助消化；一旦沒了膽囊，膽汁會流到胰臟，燒灼久了，易搞成胰臟癌。所以，在割除膽囊後，很可能要面對日後能發生的肝或胰臟癌，一定要慎重處理！
在此，特別介紹一種自然的排膽結石方法。
每個人或多、或少都有膽結石，結石狀況各人不同。對結石太大的人來說，排除的過程要謹慎，務需先使結石軟碎，避免結石太大堵塞在膽腺當中，也要確保膽腺不被結石的鋒利稜角割傷 。
每天喝五杯無糖紅莓汁，要喝一個月，這才足夠讓大塊結石軟化碎裂，
並且不再有鋒銳的稜角；所以，最好能每天早餐及午餐，在空腹時喝一杯無糖的紅莓汁，可以 4oz 果汁對上 4oz 的水稀釋來喝，逐步將膽腺洗乾淨。長期喝紅莓汁，因紅莓汁很酸，長期大量喝，會傷胃，所以，每天喝8oz，還是分成兩次，又稀釋一半水，這才不會有問題的 。
然後選個禮拜六，不吃早、午餐，喝下半杯欖橄油與半杯現擠的檸檬汁混合液，這又酸又油的東西，可使膽囊打開，結石輕易滑出，半小時後喝一杯瀉鹽 。
排出的東西會有一堆浮在水面上的綠色懸浮物，這便是你所排出的膽石。
如果排石不成功，沒達到效果，休息一星期後，再如法炮製一次。
大概95%的人，一次就成了，只有少數5%的人要再做第二次 。
排石後一個月，可以再做一次，確保膽囊、膽腺清得乾淨通暢。
第二次的排石，如果已找不到那些砂般的小東西，就是已排得很乾淨了。
這個自然不傷身的排膽結石法，是可以救人一命的。
有一點需提醒大家的，
一些排膽結石的方子，大同小異。但大都只使用蘋果汁，市面上賣的蘋果汁太甜了，和無糖的紅莓汁相比，蘋果汁的酸度，實在不足以軟化碎裂膽石。
有些案例，便是喝蘋果汁排膽石，因它不夠酸，結果反使膽石互相黏結，將膽腺整個黏住，阻塞不通，膽汁倒流，腹痛、拉白色大便，幾乎送命，不可不慎 。
四、已做膽囊切除的人，應如何自我療養？
平日不要碰油，定時吃飯，一餓就吃，不要拖等，每日喝紅莓汁，此外常注意檢查上述所講的那五個指數。
(1) GGTP 略高，應喝紅莓汁。
(2) AP 指數高，是肝囊腫，需用一種特別的藥 Beta TCB 治療，此需專業處理。
(3) ALT 、 AST 這兩個指數若升高，應服用奶薊草。
