練習簡單
惟雯說故事
這是我在中國香格里拉旅行時，遇到一位喇嘛提醒我的一句話。
香格里拉隸屬迪慶藏族自治州，要去的話就必需行經滇藏公路，這條公路也是雲南前往西藏的重要道路，以危險聞名，是台灣作者謝旺霖「轉山」一書的行走路線，我沒有作者騎自行車的戰鬥力，因此只好坐巴士前往。
當天我隔壁坐了一位喇嘛，那天我有點疲倦，沒有太多時間理會他，誰曉得，他突然在我半睡半醒之中和我說了這句：「你要多練習簡單！」
我笑笑回應他，其實心底很想說：「你才要多練習安靜！」
他看到我「友善」的回應，彷彿好幾年沒人陪他聊天似的，開始和我分享他的人生哲學。

他問：「人要如何快樂？」
我回：「享受當下。」
他說：「你說對了一半，應該是學會練習享受當下！」
他還要我小心別把享受與享樂混為一談，享受是向內；享樂是向外，還舉了一個例子。
「如果享受與享樂各是在追求快樂的二個人，當他們眼前出現一大片蛋糕田，兩個人的反應不同。
享受只會拿自己可以吃完的份量，即使眼前有再多蛋糕都吃不到，也不會感到傷心或空虛，因為他了解知足才會常樂，他往心裡找快樂。
享樂會一直吃，剛吃完第一片巧克力蛋糕很開心，但他想要再多吃幾塊時，就開始變不開心，因為他拼命想把眼前的蛋糕吃完，但怎麼吃就是吃不完，這種快樂很短暫，尤其當吃膩後，接著他可能會再尋求其他口味的蛋糕，當無法滿足口腹之慾，就會漸漸空虛。
他越拼命往外找快樂，就越多空虛，他要的快樂就像空氣一樣，很重要，但抓不到。」
我問：「所以該如何練習享受當下？」
他說：「試著去追求簡單。」
他看我一臉困惑，又舉了第二個例子。
「你現在去香格里拉，也許是聽傳聞這裡很漂亮，但如果當你抵達後，沒有你預期的美麗，你可能就會失落，甚至會生氣，因為大老遠去了一個沒傳聞中美麗的地方，這就是很多旅行者會犯的錯，對他們而言，追求美景就和享樂沒兩樣。」
「你該試著讓這趟旅程簡單，不要去想這裡多美，只要去享受這裡空氣中的溫度、樹林的味道、大自然的聲音，去追求最簡單的東西，把自己回歸到簡單，練習越簡單去享受一切時，快樂就會自己找上門了。」
在短短不到一個小時的車程，他幫我上了一堂寶貴的人生課。
一直到我回台灣辦分享會，曾經有個朋友問我：「你旅行完後回台灣會快樂嗎？」
我都會說：「我也不太清楚，只知道台灣很複雜，唯有不斷練習簡單。」
好比開什樣的車，都只是要簡單的移動；
吃什麼樣的食物，都只是要簡單的飽足；
住什麼樣的屋，都只是要簡單的安全感。
我很努力在學習讓我的慾望變的更簡單！
