曾經有中國的留德大學生見德國人做事刻板，不知變通，就存心捉弄他們一番。
中國大學生在相鄰的兩個電話亭上分別標上了“男”“女”的字樣，然後躲到暗處，看“死心眼”的德國人到底會怎麼樣做。
結果他們發現，所有到電話亭打電話的人，都像是看到廁所標誌那樣，毫無怨言地進入自己該進的那個亭子。
有一段時間，“女亭”閒置，“男亭“那邊寧可排隊也不往“女亭”這邊移動。
中國的大學生驚訝極了，不曉得德國人何以“呆”到這份上。
面對大學生的疑問，德國人平靜地聳聳肩說：“規則嘛，還不就是讓人來遵守的嗎？”
【啟示】
德國人的刻板可以讓我們開心地一連笑上3天。
但是在開心之餘，嘲笑之餘，我們試問自己，漠視規則已經多久了？
我們總是聰明地認為，那些甘願被規則約束的人是“太死心眼”，簡直是“食古不化”，為什麼要被死規則套住呢？
正是因為這樣，德國的工業技藝水平才會領先別國好多年。
