如何突破修行的障礙
惟雯說故事
有一位師姐向師父抱怨說：「我不會再參加任何佛堂的法務了。」
師父關心的問說：「我可以問您為什麼嗎？」
她說：「在佛堂我最常看到的是人在道場卻還一直在滑著他們的手機，在佛堂很常聽到閒聊扯淡是非對錯，有的更只是自顧自己！像這些全部都是假的修行人。」
師父沉默了一會兒說：「好的，但我可以請您在做這決定之前來做最後一件事情嗎？」
她說：「是什麼事？」
師父說：「請您拿滿一杯水，到佛堂的周圍走2圈，但杯裡的水不能讓它滴出來。」
她說：「好的，我能做到！」
過了一會兒她回來說：「我已經完成我的任務了。」
師父就問了她三個問題：
1.您剛剛有看到任何人在滑手機嗎？
2.您有聽到別人在說閒話講是非嗎？
3.您是否有發現其他任何人的過錯，而不是真正的修行人？
她說：「我完全沒有看到任何東西，因為我一心只“專注”在這個玻璃杯上，這樣水才不會滴漏出來！」
師父告訴她：「當您來到佛堂時，您只需要專注於佛法，你就永遠不會看到別人的缺失和問題了！這樣的人，才是真正的修行人，不要讓自己與佛法的關係，因為別人的問題而疏離，障礙只因為一個無關的人，而就做出了世俗不智的決定。」
啓示：
修行是為了修身養性，使身體健康，使心智本性不受損害，通過自我反省體察，使身心達到完美的境界。
修行是為了自己，而不是為了他人，就像讀書，是為了自己增長見識，至於別人讀不讀書，就無需管太多。
我們的人生只能自己負責！
我們要不斷的透過自己的專注來保持著與佛法美好並行的關係成就自己的德性。永遠不要讓一個無關的人來決定你自己未來的昇降。
真正的佛法是自己用心修鍊來的。
