一、腸胃不適的原因
一般腸胃不適的常見原因如下﹕
1、天候的關係。
例如,在夏天,輪狀病毒、病毒性腸炎的病例不少。
而冬天,本來就是不利腸胃的季節。天氣冷,容易引起胃酸過多,造成胃痙攣疼痛與消化性潰瘍疾病等。
另外,因為天冷運動量大減,也容易讓人便秘。
2、不良的飲食習慣
太過豐盛,多量多餐,也推波助瀾。口腹之慾獲得滿足,但你的腸胃可能要大聲抗議了。
二、舒緩腸胃不適的方法
每當您腸胃不適,如何舒緩?
以下,可運用專家傳授的一些錦囊對策,來減緩腸胃不適感。
(一)腸胃疼痛、胃食道逆流、腹瀉
1、可以用指頭在足三里穴(膝蓋外側凹陷處往下約四指寬的位置)、合谷穴(打開虎口,大拇指與食指之間)、內關穴(手腕橫紋正中,沿著兩條筋的中間往上約三橫指寬的位置),按壓三~五分鐘。
2、飲食調理部份,可嘗試有健脾止瀉功效的蓮子山藥粥。
做法是五十公克的去芯蓮子、三十公克的山藥,加上白米煮成粥,再以少量的冰糖調味。
3、或可喝茯苓紅棗茶。
做法是三十公克的茯苓、五顆紅棗,加一千C.C.的水,煮半小時。
4、特別提醒
(1)一旦腸胃不適,腸胃炎或急性腹瀉,要先避開糖果餅乾等甜食,或八寶粥等較粗糙的全穀類食物,並適量補充水分。
(2)有胃食道逆流宿疾的人,不宜空腹或在熬夜、睡前等時刻,吃高油、高糖的零食。
(3)腹瀉或消化性潰瘍發作、疼痛時,更要採取低纖飲食,例如可吃些嫩豆腐、蒸馬鈴薯或南瓜,或小白菜、高麗菜、蛤蜊絲瓜等。
要避免芭樂、黑棗等太高纖的水果;如喝現打蔬果汁,要先濾掉渣,才不會吃進太多纖維。
同時要少鹽、避免辣椒、大蒜等辛香料、吃七、八分飽就好。
(4)另外,急性腹瀉時,也要避免油炸食物以及帶筋帶皮的肉類,可改吃蒸蛋、蒸魚或煎魚、豆花等。
(二)便秘
1、假如便秘,建議可按壓合谷穴、支溝穴(手腕背面橫紋,往上約四橫指寬的位置),或以手掌順時針按摩氣海穴(肚臍下方約三橫指寬的位置)。
2、飲食調理部份,特別是年紀大的人,如果便秘,可以用白米一百公克、核桃十顆,加水煮成粥。
如果便秘很嚴重,核桃甚至可用更多,因為核桃富含油脂,能利便,核桃還有補腎的功效。這道核桃粥建議在晚上吃,有助於白天順暢排便。
3、另外,也可試試何首烏粥。做法是以何首烏三十公克、白米一百公克,加水與少量鹽煮成粥。
或可用花生一百五十公克、適量黑芝麻加水煮熟後打成汁,一早空腹時飲用一百五十C.C.左右。如果嚴重便秘,甚至可喝三百C.C.。
4、飲食要把握「多補充水分」以及「高纖」兩大重點。
高纖食物,例如喝豆漿、吃紅豆、綠豆、黑豆等;菇類;或竹筍、蘆筍、地瓜葉、秋葵、花椰菜、青江菜、地瓜、芋頭等蔬菜;或糙米飯、薏仁。
水果中的柳丁、海梨、香吉士、棗子、聖女番茄、黑棗都是不錯的選擇,但記得要多喝水!
另外,年節零食中,瓜子、葵花子也是有助於排便的選擇。
(三)想吐、消化不良;消化功能差
1、如果想吐、消化不良,建議可按壓內關穴。
2、腸胃消化功能差、體虛者,可用二十五公克新鮮橘皮,加上五十公克白米,煮成稀飯當早餐吃,具有消食止吐的作用。
3、假如吃得太撐,不妨試試用山楂加水(也可再加麥芽),煮成山楂茶喝。
或以陳皮三公克、紅棗十顆、黨蔘三十公克,加水煮半小時飲用。
4、特別提醒,牛肉乾、豬肉乾這類年節熱門點心,因為蛋白質含量高,吃多了容易消化不良,加上熱量過高容易發胖,對血糖控制也不利,千萬別貪多。
