許多人認為吃零食只有壞處,沒有好處,但其實呢,有些零食不僅好吃,而且還能幫助治療某些疾病,本文即在推薦一些好吃、且可以治療疾病的零食。
1、大棗:治療便秘
人們都覺得大棗是補血的,其實,它的通便效果比補血效果更明顯。
因為大棗的纖維素豐富,特別是沒有煮過的棗,而很多便秘的人是因為血虛,中醫的血虛還包括氣虛的意思。氣血虛的人是容易便秘的,其中一個原因是腸道蠕動無力,大棗的補氣補血作用,和它豐富的纖維素,正好幫助這類人解決便秘問題,每天能吃七八個大棗,這個效果就可以達到了。
2、陳皮:治療腹脹
超市里用陳皮做的零食很多,挑選那種醃制不太複雜,添加料相對少的,從外形上可以清楚看出是陳皮的,最適合治療吃了油膩或者涼的食物之後,胃中的飽脹呆悶濕,就是飲食油膩寒涼導致的,是代謝不出去的廢物,如果之前你的脾胃就不強壯,濕就更容易形成,這個時候可以吃點陳皮,因為陳皮有理氣化濕的作用,經常是一包陳皮的零食吃下之後,打嗝噯氣就順暢了,胃裡的堵悶感也減輕了,甚至不用因此吃藥。
3、葡萄乾:治療骨質疏鬆
葡萄乾富含硼,有助於降低絕經婦女骨質流失的危險。
葡萄乾可與富含鈣的優酪乳一起吃,效果更好。
4、櫻桃乾:治療痛風
櫻桃中富含花青素,對關節炎、痛風具有很好的治療效果。
建議每天吃兩次櫻桃乾,每次約132克。
5、烏梅:治療高血壓
烏梅屬於中醫裡的酸味藥,可以生津,夏天解暑常用,因為夏天出汗多,消耗也多,酸味的藥物有收斂的作用, 所以烏梅可以減少出汗對人體的過分消耗。
6、杏乾:治療高血壓
杏乾的鉀含量是香蕉的3倍,而鉀具有降低血壓的功效。美國疾控中心的一項研究發現,鉀的攝入量大於鈉的攝入量,有助於預防高血壓和心臟病。
7、無花果乾:治療貧血
每天吃4個無花果幹可滿足四分之一的鐵日需求量,有助於防止貧血。
無花果乾與富含維生素C的橙汁一起食用,更有利於身體對食物中鐵的吸收。
