1、多喝蘋果汁
蘋果汁可促進大腦中乙酰膽鹼的產生。
美國馬薩諸塞大學實驗表明,蘋果汁具有提高記憶與學習的速度和準確度的功效。每天吃兩隻蘋果也有相同作用。
2、喝黑咖啡可緩解大腦衰老
中年女性每天喝黑咖啡2—4杯, 20年後,其早老性癡呆危險降低65%。
3、地中海飲食抗衰老
“綠葉蔬菜+橄欖油+少量葡萄酒”的地中海飲食,可以使早老性癡呆發病率降低一半。
地中海飲食還包括:魚類、堅果、豆類、西紅柿、洋蔥和大蒜等。
地中海飲食所含豐富的抗氧化劑是抗衰老的關鍵。
4、食物和飲料中加入肉桂
最新研究發現,肉桂有助於防止老年癡呆症的發生。
肉桂可加入食物和飲料中,每天半茶匙至1茶匙(250毫克至500毫克)肉桂粉就足夠了。
5、養成每日閱讀習慣
養成每日閱讀習慣可強化注意力、閱讀能力等腦力活動,有助刺激腦細胞之間的聯繫。
6、每天沉思冥想幾分鐘
經常沉思有助於增加大腦灰色物質,有助大腦修復。

7、散步有助於平靜情緒和改善短期記憶

多與朋友外出進餐或參加體育活動、旅行、聚會、看電影、聽音樂會、
參加各種俱樂部、參加社區志願等活動,都有助於改善記憶和思維能力。
9、學習太極拳
醫生們經常建議帕金森氏症患者做運動,太極拳可以成為另種選擇。美國醫學界最新研究指出,帕金森氏症患者學習中國傳統武術太極拳之後,能夠改善平衡的能力,降低跌倒的風險,成效比起做伸展運動、肌力訓練都來得好。本研究中學習的太極拳,是特別專注在「晃動及搖擺」動作,以及重心的轉移。
10、不要飲用含糖飲料
吃糖太多會增加早老性癡呆風險。專家建議,不要飲用導致肥胖症的含糖軟飲料。
糖攝入來源最好是蔬果和其它自然甜味劑來源。礦泉水、不加糖的冰茶、果汁、低脂牛奶是最佳選擇。
11、養成經常刷牙和使用牙線的習慣
牙周病會導致炎症,炎症因子會隨血流進入大腦,對大腦細胞具有一定的毒性,會導致負責記憶的大腦區域受損。
專家建議,應該養成經常刷牙和使用牙線的習慣,有牙病及早醫治。
