一、浪漫的人生是什麼？
有個故事是這樣說的：有一個四處求道的人問科學家：『生命的意義和真諦為何？』
科學家花了一段時間，以動物作為臨床實驗而得到一份分析報告書，並以之作為回答。
求道者在獲得答案後竟然瀕臨崩潰，因為他發現，當生命的進程濃縮成一張統計圖表之後，生命中所有的追求和掙扎仍然只能化為喜怒哀樂、吃喝玩樂、睡眠工作等經過分類歸納而成的數字。
這個故事告訴我們：
當生活變得像錄影帶重播，一成不變時………
當事物變得用金錢來衡量，一股市膾味時……
浪漫，似乎已成為一個遙不可及的夢想………
但這是你可以接受的生活方式嗎？
為什麼不讓自己添加一點改變呢？
試想一下，浪漫的人生是什麼？
二、浪漫，就是用愛來灌溉心靈的苗圃
『浪漫』一詞，源於西方十八、十九世紀的浪漫主義。其內涵包括傳奇、冒險、愛情以及英雄主義、理想主義的情懷。
當然，一般人最容易被吸引的，就是有關兩性之間的浪漫情懷。
試想一下，情竇初開的少男少女，總是最純真、最浪漫的……。
你是否曾經歷那苦等郵差的日子，那甜蜜的負擔……
你是否曾經歷那燭光和舞曲的不期邂逅，強烈的悸動，讓平淡的日子，激起萬丈的波瀾……
期待，有時是一道人間美味，但是，當Fb、Line、微信充斥在您身邊，「速食」讓這種美只在在神話中了……
是否能回到那個時代，
愛上喜歡美術的她（他），我們學會繪畫………
愛上喜歡音樂的她（他），我們學會音樂………
愛上喜歡文學的她（他），我們學會寫詩………
愛上喜歡饕餮的她（他），我們學會美食………
愛上喜歡運動的她（他），我們學會健身………
所以，浪漫，就是用愛來灌溉心靈的苗圃
只有愛，總引人無限遐思，浪漫情懷………
只有愛，總中人太深，引人無法自拔………
只有愛，總讓人一遍又一遍地咀嚼，難忘的甜蜜滋味………
三、浪漫，就是一種從日常生活瑣碎中逸脫的美感
有時候，在忙與盲的日子中，我們需要讓自己沉澱一下………
長夜、無題、搖曳的燭光，香濃的咖啡、醉人的音樂………
如同《紅樓夢》中，林黛玉的葬花，一幅浪漫淒美的情境。
如同《逍遙遊》中，騎在鯤幻化的大鵬鳥翅膀上，在想像的天空中自由自在、翱翔的感覺。
如同《雲門舞集》中，林懷民所賦於舞蹈的生命，舞出人生如戲的浪漫光輝。
醉人的不是酒，是一種從週而復始的生活瑣碎中逸脫的心境、美感………
好美、好美………愛這令人窒息的美的感覺………
四、浪漫，就是一種美麗而健康的出軌
如同趙寧所言，浪漫應該是一成不變生活中的某種驚奇，是一種美麗而健康的出軌。
我們都走過年少輕狂的歲月，只是有些人太冷靜了，冷得無法將感情的熱力釋放出來。
您是否如此想過，除了平日趕時間工作非不得已的情況下，回家時，是否可以慢慢的走，欣賞沿路風景？即時沿路都是建築物，人車絡繹不絕，但下一個轉角，是否會冒出一個咖啡吧、一個亭子、一個驚奇呢？
也許是在一個細雨濛濛的日子裡，打把傘出去走走，踩著萬種風情………
也許是為自己放一盆澡水，加上幾瓣花紅，在香氳嬝嬝中沉醉………
也許是在路邊攤駐足，喝杯泡沫紅茶，在熙來攘往的人群中，笑看人生、啜飲著閒情逸致………
所以，浪漫是不拘泥於形式的………
浪漫是美麗而健康的出軌，帶點生命中的一點驚奇………
五、浪漫，就是輕鬆簡單的生活方式
很多人很容易為自己的生活加上框框，讓自己喘不過氣來。
如同在社會的集體意識下，在重要場合就必須配戴領帶，否則就不夠尊重對方。
如此，脖頸上打結的拘束感就出現，這就是現實生活。
或許造化弄人時，生活總會有些無奈。
既然說，人生不如意，十之八九。所以，我們更應該寬忍的面對自己。
有些人總是在過盡千帆，歷盡滄桑之後，才能將生命看得很開、很淡、很透徹……。
其實，浪漫不用這樣辛苦，只要你不再執著，用輕鬆的態度去面對人生……。
例如：
有些人的浪漫，如盛開的花朵，非常耀眼；
有些人的浪漫，如同一棵老松，沉穩而堅毅。
我們不需要刻意的去喬飾自己，只要自在地活。
因此，浪漫的人生可以回歸本性，讓自己至情至性的、輕鬆簡單的生活，而不是隨波逐流，扭曲自己、迷失自己。
我曾看過一篇古愛爾蘭的禱告詞：
運用時間去工作────這是成功的代價；
花點時間去思考────這是力量的泉源；
花點時間去遊戲────這是青春永駐的秘密；
花點時間來閱讀────這是智慧的基礎；
花點時間來助人────這是通往快樂的大道；
花點時間來健身────這是財富和生命的保障；
花點時間去沉思────這是淨化心靈，身心合一的捷徑；
花點時間放聲大笑───這是去除煩憂的妙方；
花點時間去愛人和被愛─這是生命最動人的樂章；
花點時間去計劃────這是有效作前面九件事的要訣。
放鬆自己，以退為進也是幫助你成功的一條捷徑，
想一想，你有多久沒有放鬆自己了？
保持一顆開放的心，你就可以找回對生活的熱情，並輕鬆簡單的生活。
六、浪漫，就是隨遇而安的人生態度
宋朝禪僧無門和尚有一首詩：
『春有百花秋有月，夏有涼風冬有雪。若無閑事掛心頭，便是人間好時節。』
事實上，人生的旅程，就好比歷經春、夏、秋、冬四季，每一個階段，都有其雋永的情趣與甜美的回憶，只待我們用平常心去細心品味。
或許，我們無法改變生命的長度，但是可以改變祂的寬度，讓生命可以更多采多姿。
記得已故的前中研院院長胡適先生，在中研院歡迎院士歸國的宴會上，在極度歡愉的心情中長笑而去。此種笑傲人生的浪漫，夫復何求！
七、記得，浪漫是可以DIY
浪漫並不是藝術家的專利。
浪漫是對生命的真情流露………
她有時候是愉悅；有時候是悲愴，
她有時候是甜蜜；有時候是苦澀。
事實上，生命中的喜、怒、哀、樂，都是彩繪生命熱度的原色。
只要用心去體會，就可以捕捉你生命中的心情故事。
只要用心去營造，就可以DIY你生命中的浪漫情懷。
生命既不可以重來，何不瀟灑地走一回？
有人說，世上沒有醜的人，只有懶的人，請用一點心為自己人生妝扮一下。
