佛陀有個故事。
在旅途中，碰到一個不喜歡他的人。
連續好幾天，在好長的一段路途中，那人用盡各種方法誣蔑他。
最後，佛陀轉身問那人︰“若有人送你一份禮物，但你拒絕接受，那麼這份禮物是屬於誰的？”
那人回答︰”是屬于原本送禮的那個人。”
佛陀笑著說︰”沒錯。若我不接受你的謾罵，那你就是在罵自已？”
那人只好摸摸鼻子走了。
默想︰
只要心靈健康，別人怎麼想都影響不了我們。
若我們一味地在乎別人的想法或說法，就會失去自我。
