惟雯說故事
有一次去山地服務做志工，坐我旁邊的是一位電子公司的副總裁。
我認得她很久，卻不曾跟她聊過私事。我只知道她是白手起家，但過程並不清楚。昨天因為山路很長，她就告訴我她的故事。
她高商畢業以後，考進一個公家機關做會計。
她母親過世時，她回鄉奔喪，因為辦喪事要用錢，所以下了火車便去提款。
沒想到因為太過疲累，精神恍惚，她領完錢，抽出提款卡後，卻忘了拿錢，便匆忙回家了。等到要用錢時，她才猛然想起錢還留在提款機上。
她飛奔去車站，一邊跑一邊哭，心想凶多吉少，火車站旁的提款機是最繁忙的，無主的錢誰不要呢？
想不到她跑到提款機時，看到一位老農夫，褲腳是捲起來的，腳上還有泥巴，手上拿著她的三萬元。
她感激得幾乎要跟他下跪。
她問老農夫，如果她沒有來，他會在那兒站多久？
老農夫說，三萬元不是個小數目，它的主人一定會回來找的。
她說，老農夫看到她出現，好像比她找到錢還要高興。
她了解原來這就是做好事的快樂。
於是她立下心願，每天一定要做一件讓別人快樂的事。
她銷假回去上班後，便主動幫助人，看到事情就做，而且是心甘情願的做。
公文開始電子化後，勞委會開辦了電腦職訓班，她的主管替她爭取到名額，告訴她，這是新興的領域，學會了電腦，不怕沒飯吃。
她知道比她有資格的人多的是，是主管力荐她，給了她這個機會，所以她非常珍惜，努力的學，因而得到教課老師的青睞。
這位老師叫她晚上去上課，鼓勵她拿到正式文憑，後來，她嫁給了這位老師。
當時男方家長很反對，但她先生很堅持，對他父母說：「我在她身上看到為妻的一切美德。」
她深受這句話的感動，所以兩人剛出來創業時，雖然很辛苦，但是她一句話都沒有抱怨。
其實，人不必管美醜，潔身自愛、努力上進是最吸引人的條件。她到現在還是每天要做一件讓別人快樂的事。她說，她深深感受到施比受更有福。
她最讓我感動的是她富而不驕、誠樸勤儉。
有一次，我們下山時肚子很餓，那時還沒有高鐵，回到臺北至少得花三、四個小時，所以我想在埔里先吃點東西再走。
我看到一家飯館，正要進去，她拉著我，眼睛四處搜尋，看到對街有個麵攤，就叫我過街去吃麵。
她說，兩個人吃飯，兩菜一湯，三百元跑不掉；吃麵，一碗才五十元，我們可以省下兩罐奶粉的錢。
因為有位善心人士介紹我們去買凹罐奶粉，給山上的孩子添營養，一罐才一百元，奶粉並未過期，只是罐子不好看而已。
我沒有想到一個家財萬貫的人會這麼節省，心中真是感動。
「華廈千間，夜眠八尺。」住再大的房子，晚上也是只能睡一張床。
人不要做守財奴，錢花出去是「財產」，不花叫「遺產」。
花錢不用小氣，該花的就要花；但錢不可以浪費，要花在刀口上。
每天做一件好事並不難，而且又會使自己快樂。做好事最大的受益者是自己，因為從幫助別人，看到了自己存在的價值。
