人和人之間並非孤立無關的，人來到這世間，作為社會群體的一員，都有責任共同維護社會的善良價值：例如人道關懷，即是一種正向的人性光輝，值得大家共同維護。
一位名叫馬丁•尼莫拉的德國新教牧師，他在美國波士頓猶太人屠殺紀念碑上銘刻了一首短詩：
在德國，起初他們追殺共產主義者，我沒有說話，因為我不是共產主義者；接著他們追殺猶太人，我沒有說話，因為我不是猶太人；後來他們追殺工會成員，我沒有說話，因為我是新教教徒；最後他們向我奔來，卻再也沒有人站出來為我說話了。—-這正是背棄人性價值的最終結局。
在這人世間，誰都有可能遭遇危難和困境，誰都有可能成為弱者，如果我們在別人危急的時候不援手，誰能擔保自己有一天也會陷入孤立無援的苦果？
當今的社會太冷漠，我們會為自己的自私付出代價。
人心只有向善，才能被陽光照耀，所以善的價值才在世界普遍存在。懂得珍惜這種價值的人是高貴的。
懂得共同維護社會的善良價值的人才是明智的。

Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
