前天晚上下班在樓下的小店買東西，進來一個小女孩，文文靜靜，20歲左右，穿著一套西裝，帶著一條領帶，還帶著一個笑臉牌，看了我穿的是皮鞋，馬上蹲下來，也不容我考慮，挽起我的褲腳，幫我擦起了皮鞋，一邊擦一邊說：「哥，我是做鞋油銷售的，我先幫你擦擦，你感覺一下，你覺得好，鞋油加光亮劑一共20元，你覺得不好，我給你鞠個躬，我謝謝你！」。
就在那一刹那，我驚呆了！想也沒有想到這樣一個女孩會這樣給我擦鞋，擦完了，我說：「小妹：鞋油我不要了，我給你20元錢吧」。
想不到的是這個小女孩說：「我是做鞋油銷售的，我還是給你2支鞋油吧。」
我連說：「不用了不用了，這麼晚了，趕緊回家吧。」
我把錢塞到她黑黑的小手中，小女孩說：「要不你買一隻吧？我今天就還賣兩隻就達成目標了，我再去賣一隻。」
說完在我手中抽了10元錢，給了我一隻鞋油。
我說你留個電話吧，她給我留了電話，跟我說聲謝謝就走了。
那一刻，我太震驚了，想不到這樣一個瘦弱的小女孩可以蹲下來給一個陌生人擦鞋，而且不卑不亢。
回到家，我看著手中的鞋油，拿著她的聯繫方式，才知道這個女孩叫韓讓，我發現我根本都沒有看過這只鞋油的功能，也沒有跟她討價還價，而且也沒有任何的懷疑，我當時只是覺得一定要幫她買一隻，不買心裡非常的難受。
我也有銷售團隊，我們的業務員呢？
她們敢於去這樣做嗎？
多少的銷售人員總認為價格是影響銷售的重要因素，認為競爭對手價格低，我們就銷售很難。
韓讓讓我接受了她的產品，她銷售成功了，但是我更覺得是銷售成功了她自己，是她的人格魅力，她用她的行動震撼了我，我覺得她值得幫助，在這個過程中我沒有跟她討價還價。
韓讓這樣的工性質是沒有底薪的，工資完全靠的是銷售鞋油的提成，我們多少銷售人員拿著公司的底薪，還有話補，交通補助，還天天在埋怨公司，你有韓讓一半的勇氣嗎？
另外，韓讓的業務模式就是背著包，大街小巷的去給別人擦鞋銷售，我相信她們不坐車，每次的蹲下起立一定都非常辛苦。
但是她能做到，我們能做到嗎？
韓讓在擦鞋的過程中一定會遇到很多人的不理解，辱罵調侃甚至調戲，甚至還有可能被客人踢過，但是她還能這樣堅持，我們的業務員是否有這樣的韌勁？是否敢去做這樣很多人認為很低賤卑微的工作？又是一種什麼力量在支持著她呢？
第二天早上我跟我們公司的銷售人員分享了韓讓的故事，我們的銷售人員都被感動了。
我當時問了大家一個問題：「假如讓你去擦鞋，敢去擦嗎？」
下午我請韓讓來我公司分享，我們都被震驚了：
韓讓分享了自己16歲就沒有讀書，因為家裡窮，後來打了兩年工，又去上大學，後來又因為身體的原因輟學，她說才做了這份擦鞋工作四個月，但是她很喜歡這份工作。她分享了她的兩個秘訣和四句話.
兩個秘訣是：
一、自信。
二、激情。
四句話是：
1.每一天我在各方面將會越來越好。
2.我怎麼會如此幸運。
3.這一切都會過去的。
4.我行，我能，我一定成功。
終於明白了一個瘦弱的小女孩，為什麼可以背著一個包穿行在大街小巷，用她稚嫩的雙手，勇敢地去面對困難和挫折，編織著人生美好的明天。我後來問她為什麼要去擦鞋，難道不覺得擦鞋不好意思嘛？
她說：「我擦的不是鞋，是夢想！我每次蹲下來都覺得好開心，我覺得離我的夢想又更近了一步，每次蹲下來再起立是我都可以看見藍天，而不蹲卻很難，所以我每次都覺得很開心。」
我又問她：「你擦鞋的時候，肯定有人不理解，有人謾罵，甚至有人還會做很多不利於你的言語和舉動，你是怎麼想怎麼做的？」
她說：「我都會說一句話“謝謝你，我很喜歡！”」
那一刻，我眼睛濕潤了，“我擦的不是鞋擦的是夢想！謝謝你我很喜歡！”
我們每天可能都在疲於工作應付，你能不能說我打的不是電話而是夢想，我設計的不是產品而是夢想，建房的可以說建的不是房屋而是夢想….
一個人假如在為夢想而工作的話，還會累嗎？還會不認真？
我們犯了很多錯誤，大多數是不認真造成的，假如是為了自己的夢想工作還會這樣嗎？我們有韓讓這樣的執著嗎？我們在工作中生活中會遇到很多的困難挫折，我們很多人消沉抱怨，是不是我們也可以像韓讓一樣，淡淡的說聲：「謝謝你，我很喜歡！」
人的強大不是身體的強大，而是心靈力量的強大，我們假如都有韓讓的執著堅持和良好心態，還怕做不好銷售嗎？
我傳的不是故事，而是一種精神，我們沒有的精神！
