禮貌咖啡

因工作需要，我去了一趟法國。
剛到沒多久，一個在法國的老朋友就邀請我去一家咖啡店敘舊。
我欣然受邀，連忙趕到了咖啡店。
這是一間不論外表還是招牌都很普通的咖啡店，名叫“席拉的小店”。
雖然整個空間裝潢簡潔，但充滿了溫馨的格調，顧客們紛至遝來，生意很火的樣子。還未點咖啡，就被法國人的熱情奔放所震動。
旁邊一位胖胖的男士剛一入座便毫無徵兆地去擁抱鄰桌一位女士，那位女士也很開心地迎了上去。
隨即，那位胖男士點了一杯咖啡便坐了下來，我親眼看到服務員過來只收了他1.4歐元。
一杯咖啡居然這麼便宜，難怪這家店生意這麼紅火，我驚訝于這家普通的咖啡店竟然有這麼多匪夷所思的地方。
待朋友進來後，我徑直走到服務台點咖啡，用並不流利的法語對服務生說：「我要一杯咖啡。」
服務生略顯驚奇地看了看我，問了一句：「麻煩您再重複一下剛才的話，好嗎？」
我以為我蹩腳的法語他沒有聽懂，便又怯怯地重複了一遍，「我要一杯咖啡」。
這次，服務生沒有再說什麼，迅速地遞給了我一杯咖啡，並告訴我說：「這杯咖啡7歐元，女士。」
我有點不敢相信自己的耳朵，又問了一遍，確認還是7歐元後，雖然對剛才那個胖男士的咖啡價格耿耿於懷，但終究不好意思追問，只好無奈地付了7歐元。
回到座位上，我就跟朋友抱怨起來：「這怎麼回事？為什麼同樣一杯咖啡只收剛才那位男士1.4歐元，卻收了我7歐元？這不公平！」
朋友笑得很狡猾，說我繼續看下去就知道了。
不一會兒，又來了一位優雅的女士，對服務員說：「請給我準備一杯咖啡好嗎？」
服務員馬上遞給了她一杯香濃的咖啡，收了她4.25歐元。
我特別注意了她點的也是和我一模一樣的咖啡，難道說這家店看人收費？可是剛才那位男士沒有什麼特別之處啊！
陸陸續續地，我發現同樣一杯咖啡，竟然有1.4歐元、4.25歐元和7歐元三種不同的價格！我心裡開始對受到7歐元的不公正待遇憤憤不平起來。
這時朋友哈哈大笑了起來，說出了真相：「你有沒有注意到他們對服務生說的話呢？
如果你只是對他們說：‘來杯咖啡！’價錢就是7歐元；
你若說：‘請給我一杯咖啡。’價錢就是4.25歐元；
但是你要是說：‘你好，請給我一杯咖啡好嗎？’，甚至給陌生人一個擁抱的話，咖啡就是1.4歐元的價格。」
聽完她的解釋，我頓時恍然大悟，感慨於這家咖啡店獨特的創意。
習慣了在國內對服務員“招手即來，揮手即走”式的點餐，回想到自己剛才對服務生不客氣的語言，我不禁有些羞愧難當。
她接著說：「在電報剛興起的時候，法國人就一個‘請’字就浪費了將近200萬歐元。即使這樣，法國人也沒有放棄發電報不說‘請’字。由此，法國人對禮貌待人的執著追求可見一斑。」
我想，以咖啡價格的不同來提醒人們注意禮貌，真是一個不錯的構思。
這家名叫“席拉的小店”的咖啡店用這種特別的方式告訴了人們應該以禮待人，以優雅的方式與人相處。
一杯“禮貌咖啡”，既給大家帶來一個溫馨舒適的氛圍，又巧妙地讓大家體會到了“禮貌”的樂趣，一個民族的優雅也被體現得淋漓盡致。
