一、活著，就是一種修行。
「人生，是道場。活著，就是一種修行。」
每個人從呱呱落地的那一刻起，就注定要經受世間的考驗。
我們所經歷的每一件事，無論苦樂，都是磨練，都是成長。
在漫長的生命之旅中，和苦難的相遇是不可避免，因為老天爺總在讓我們得到一些東西的同時，也讓我們失去一些東西，人生本就如此。
痛苦是磨練，在讓我們心寬，心寬了，不再患得患失，人生就圓融自在了。
佛憐憫世人的苦多樂少。雖然很多人可能達不到佛的境界，但這並不妨礙世人知足常樂。能夠在痛苦中尋找到快樂，才是人生智慧的起點。
活著，就是一種修行。很多事，既然我們在盡力之後也無法改變，那就接受吧！
在修行的路上，要學會如何愛別人，也要學會如何以更好的方式去生活，隨時準備接受無法改變的命運，以平靜的態度面對失去與分離，智慧的蓮花就會在心頭綻放。
二、依心而行，今生無憾。
水的清澈， 並非因它不含雜質， 而是在於懂得沉澱；
心的通透， 不是因為没有雜念， 而是在於懂得取捨。
湍急的溪流沖下高山，沖刷溪谷時往往清冽無比，但流進池塘平靜下來之後，往往會變得渾濁不堪，甚至生出一些雜質，這就需要適時沉澱一下了。感情也只有經過沉澱，才能濾掉雜質重歸清澈透明。
很多伴侶攜手走過人生最艱難的日子，卻在生活安逸的時候分開了。
只有真愛，才經得起平淡，因為感情需要經歷與沉澱才能長久的，不可能永遠都波瀾壯闊。到了該反思生活的時刻反思，才能保持清明。
山有山的高度，水有水的深度，沒必要攀比。
風有風的自由，雲有雲的溫柔，沒必要模仿。
您認為快樂的，就去尋找。
您認為值得的，就去守候。
您認為幸福的，就去珍惜。
依心而行，今生無憾。
三、遺憾，讓我們懂得完美。
天上的月亮，一旦圓滿了，馬上就會再度殘缺；
樹上的果子，一旦熟透了，馬上就會呱呱掉落。
人生沒有完美，遺憾和殘缺始終都會存在。懂了遺憾，就懂了人生。
這個社會，沒有不勞而獲的果實，付出不一定會有收穫，但不付出一定不會有收穫。
這個社會，美好的東西太多，我們不可能全都得到。對於那些已經不屬於自己的東西，就別再奢望什麼了！
遺憾不是人生中的某種缺失，而是讓我們更加珍惜手上的成果。
有過遺憾，會更懂得珍惜，沒有過遺憾，就算再多美好，你也不會感受到幸福。就和你沒吃過苦，便不會懂得甜的可貴的道理是一樣的。
四、人生沒有什麼東西是不能放手的。
其實，所有的東西，只是生命瞬間的一個過渡。
生命當中有很多東西需要堅守，卻也有更多的事情需要勇於放手。
放手和堅守一樣，它閃耀著對生命的理性和感性的智慧光芒。
你認為不能放手的東西，未必真的不能放手，不能放下的，僅僅是我們內心的掙扎和猶豫。當我們放下手中那片瑰麗的雲彩之時，得到的將是蔚藍的天空。
放手是解開心靈枷鎖的鑰匙，經歷過一次，便是一次人生的昇華。
放手，是大智慧，需要大勇氣。
對於內心的修行而言，正確的取捨就是一次飛躍。
五、一切都是上天最好的安排。
當遇到一件事，已無法解決，甚至是已經影響到我們的生活、心情時，我們通常喜歡一味地在原地踏步、自囚抱怨，讓自己陷在痛苦的深淵中。此時，何不轉換另種想法，換條路走，事情便會開朗了。
生命中常常會有挫折，但那不是盡頭，只是在提醒我們：該轉彎了！
挫折就像一張巨大的網把心困在其中，愈是努力向前衝，就愈被勒得遍體鱗傷。此呼，只有放開手，才能讓自己有別的選擇；換個角度再嘗試一次，或許可以開闢出一條嶄新的路徑。
佛陀在楞嚴會上對大眾說法時，曾經舉起自己的手來問阿難：「阿難！你看我的手是正的、還是倒的？」
阿難道：「我也不知道究竟如何為正，如何為倒。」
佛陀說：「手臂就是手臂，哪有一定的正或倒？只是世間之人一定要執著上豎為正、下垂為倒，這是執迷不悟的看法。」
世間沒什麼事情會注定是苦。佛云：「吃苦是了苦，享福是消福。」
六、人生總無常，愛要及時。
很多人總是會不由自主地這樣想：等我功成名就的時候，一定好好地愛他們。殊不知，時間從不會為任何人停留。
往往驀然回首，一切時過境遷、物是人非，早已尋不回當初的模樣。
命運無常，人生苦短，人生禁不起太多的耽擱，愛要及時，因為人生常常是來不及告別就會分離。
如果你想對誰好，如果你想對那些深愛你的人表達自己的愛意，無論是父母、愛人抑或朋友，就勇敢地、及時的去表達，讓他們感受到你的溫暖和關愛，讓他們因你的愛而歡欣。因為，也許下一個瞬間就是分離，也許下一個路口，你來不及和他們道別。
人與人的相遇是用幾世修來的緣。
世人都知道要珍惜，可是真正做到的又有幾人呢？
與我們相伴相隨的人，是人生中最值得憐愛的珍寶。
輪迴的路上，很難得有人能陪著我們一直走下去。
錯過了，將永遠錯過，永遠地在心中徒留懊悔與內疚。
所以，相伴的時候一定要珍惜，牽手的時候一定要緊握，
一起走過坎坷，到了岔路，卻要揮手再見，真的是人生最大的無奈。
如果你想對誰好，如果你想對那些深愛的人表達自己的愛意，就勇敢地去表達，盡快去把你對他們的愛告訴他們，讓他們因你的愛而歡欣。
命運無常，人生苦短，一旦耽擱下來，可能連告別的話都來不及說，就真的分別了。而一旦分開了，一旦鬆了手，再見就不知會是在哪一世。人生總無常，愛要及時吧！
