有個女人很勤奮、善良。
她是一個孝順體貼的好女兒，也是一個賢慧的好妻子。
她也打拼出一片事業天地，讓家人過上了好日子。
然而，她沒有兼顧好身體，老天也並沒有因為她是一個所有人眼中的好人而放過他，最終還是把她帶到了另外一個世界。
這女人想，我生前積德行善，死後應去天堂，可是卻被上帝一腳踢到了地獄。女人百思不得其解，於是，去了一趟天堂，想問清原委。
上帝將她帶到一個可以看到人間百態的窗口，讓女人清楚的看到，由於自己的離開 : 年邁的老父親不得不去當大門警衛，勉強糊口；丈夫也摟著別的女人，再也不管孩子的學習生活；再看看自己心愛的孩子，學習越來越差，也因為無力支付高昂的學費，遭受著同學們的排斥與嘲笑。
女人將這一切看到眼裡，心在滴血。
這時，上帝說話了：「因為你的離去，你的至親、至愛陷入極度痛苦之中，在人間過著地獄般的生活，憑什麼你該進天堂？ 」
不管男人也好，女人也好，愛家人，先從愛自己開始吧！
首先善待自己的身體，珍愛自己，只有健康的身體，才能夠給家人遮風擋雨，才有能力愛別人！
所以，為家人而努力工作是好的，但若沒兼顧健康，一切的美好都只是短暫的，當有一天健康出了問題，所有美好的事務都將隨著自己的離開，而跟著消失。
