惟雯說故事
吳伯伯和伯母，兩人都是教育界的前輩，分別在國中、國小任教二十多年，也是人人羨慕的模範夫妻；而且，他們不知道是怎麼做到的，居然可以把一對兒女調教得非常好！
女兒美麗又大方，才藝更是出眾，鋼琴彈得真棒，舞蹈、書法也屢屢在比賽中獲得佳績。
高中畢業後，就考上台大醫科，後來到某大醫院實習，因表現優異，也當上了主治大夫。年紀輕輕的，就成為牙科主治大夫，真不簡單呀！
而且，最令吳伯伯、伯母高興的是，女兒終於與相戀八、九年的男友結婚了。
他的兒子本是第一名考上知名中學，成績很棒，當了「班長」、也是「樂隊隊長」呀！
哪知，才結婚不到一年，我竟然接到吳家寄來的訃聞，謂女兒已經「因病去世」。我有點錯愕，輾轉打聽，才聽說吳小姐不是生病，而是「跳樓自殺」啊！
怎麼會呢？是誰害死她的？
我的朋友偷偷告訴我說：「是她先生啊！吳小姐才結婚不到一年，就發現她先生有外遇，和醫院裡的護士有染；她受不了刺激和打擊，就跳樓自殺……」
最無奈的是，頂尖優秀的女兒走了，而另一個兒子也在待業中。
他的兒子高三時，換了一位教數學的導師，極為嚴格。
一天，升旗時，教官要檢查服裝儀容，導師看到這班長「大盤帽扭曲、歪戴」，就大聲斥責他：「你當什麼班長？帽子是這樣戴的啊？你很屌是不是？……」
這時，兒子狠狠地瞪了導師一眼，導師立刻怒罵道：「你不服氣啊？你瞪什麼瞪？」隨即，導師當眾「啪！」一巴掌，摑在兒子的右臉。
就這麼一巴掌，把兒子的自信心和自尊心打碎了！
從此，兒子對導師恨之入骨，也放棄了數學；每次考試，他的數學一字都不寫，都是「零分」。
聯考時，他的數學也是「零分」，沒考上大學。
後來，他去當兵、服役回來，沒有學歷、也沒有一技之長，只好暫以開計程車為業。
看著吳伯伯、伯母，我也好想哭；原本美滿、人人羨慕的家庭，怎會變成如此破碎不堪？
美麗的女孩啊，妳為什麼要選擇走上絕路？先生有外遇，是他的錯，妳可以勇敢地走出自己，何必跳樓結束生命？妳怎麼笨到要「拿別人的錯誤來懲罰自己」？
而聰明、俊帥的兒子啊，老師憤怒地打你一巴掌，是他的不對，你為什麼要放棄數學？要放棄自己的學業和前途？
是的，你痛恨那老師的不該，可是你要勇敢堅強、要挺住自己、要比老師「更棒」、「更有出息」才是。
其實，每個人都要有「EQ智慧」，都要為自己負責、做自己生命的主人呀！
一個有智慧的人，必須懂得「看得破、放得下」，也「將別人的責罵，視為一種禮物」，就像「感謝玫瑰有刺」一樣，因著責罵，讓我們有更多的省思和警惕。
