1、這個世界上95%的人是病死的，只有5%的人是老死的，絕大數情況你也是前者！每個人都絕對不要心存僥倖，不要盲目樂觀，今天在醫院的人昨天還跟你我是一樣的心態！
2、很多人不捨得為自己投資健康保障，但有個真相你要瞭解：60%的家庭會因為你的疾病，兒孫們會變賣家產、甚至舉債借貸來幫你支付你欠醫院的債，而那時候你估計是昏迷不醒的，什麼都不知道，所以，愛護自己就是減輕家人負擔！
3、今天不注重養生，明天註定養一堆醫生！可悲的是你養了醫生也不管用，而最可悲的是很多人養醫生的機會都沒有，閻王叫你三更走，絕不留你到五更！比如羅京、王均瑤、賈伯斯等人已做了最好的證明！
4、世人不瞭解的真相：80%的人會把積攢下來的錢在離開這個世界的最後一年全部交給醫院，最後還是得很不甘心的上路！今天你健康不代表明天你還健康，不代表10年後依然像今天這樣，量變到質變的過程可能並沒有那麼痛苦，因此樹立健康養生和保險意識很重要！
