《留下餘蔭、有福德》

人生不要力求圓滿，須留個缺口，讓幸福分享給別人。
先講一個故事：
一個小伙子在海上為一老闆養魚，講好了老闆每月開給小伙子5000元的工資，月底發放，伙食自理。
老闆在海上總共養了500箱魚。
小伙子上午就划著小船給魚餵食一次，中午就在小船上休息，下午太陽落山時再餵一次，勞動強度不算太大，倒也且輕鬆愜意。
老闆也不經常來視察，只是月初、月中、月底來送送魚飼料，看看魚的成長情況，順便給這小伙子帶點蔬菜肉食..等。
轉眼兩年過了，老闆養的這批魚共賣出了40萬元的高價。
老闆高興之餘，拿出了1萬元獎勵這小伙子，讓這小伙子回老家探親一段時間，且往來的車旅費用，老闆還幫他負責。
老闆的妻子感到難以理喻，明明說好了每月5000元的工資，你每月不只給工資，又是送菜買電話卡的，還搞什麼年終獎勵，報銷車旅費？你是不是腦子進水，錢多到花不完？
老闆微笑著講了這麼一個故事：
在一個小山村裏，每到冬天，村民們都會把樹上的柿子摘下來，一個不留。
有一年冬天特別冷，下了很大的雪，幾百隻找不到食物的喜鵲一夜之間都被凍死了。
第二年春天，柿子樹重新吐綠發芽，開花結果了。
但就在這時，一種不知名的毛毛蟲突然氾濫成災。
柿子剛剛長到指甲大小，就都被毛蟲吃光了。
那年秋天，這些果園沒有收穫到一個柿子。
直到這時，人們才想起了那些喜鵲，如果有喜鵲在，就不會發生蟲害了。
從那以後，每年秋天收穫柿子時，人們都會留下一些柿子，做為喜鵲過冬的食物。
留在樹上的柿子吸引了很多喜鵲到這裏度過冬天，喜鵲仿佛也會感恩，春天也不飛走，整天忙著捕捉果樹上的蟲子，從此之後保證了每年柿子的豐收。
“你說留下點柿子餵喜鵲，你說傻不傻？”
妻子聽了，恍然大悟，枝頂留下果實，其實是讓別人也能分享自己的收穫的同時，更好地安心工作，讓員工明白也有他的一份功勞。
在收穫的季節裏，別忘了留一些“柿子”在樹上，這些留下的果實往往就是給自己留下了生機與希望。
